And a nice, lovely little bow it is, too. Rifts mending, city's being built, children getting alone famously as only children can, and a wedding plus wedding night to top it all off. What more could one ask? Well, until the next chapter of Songbird's Lament, then. Laters.

And finally even Lotor admits he's fallen for her! Ah, everything's all wrapping up so nicely. Well, just a wedding, a steamy lemon fueled honeymoon, and possibly a brief glimpse into the future later to go then. Until the final chapter, then. Laters.

So Alfor is finally sort of on board? About time, arguably. At least it'll finally take away Lotor's final reason to stay back. And as to the compatibility issue, I think there's a fifty-fifty chance they'll get an answer sooner than they think, given the rapes and, before that, the other Drules who accepted some Arusian females willing participation before Merla went off the rails. And it's always a pleasure to make you laugh, my dear. Well, only two to go, until chapter 38, then. Laters.

Given how fair and patient and understanding Alfor's been with the Drules up till now, I think it may be something other than prejudice at work, or things wouldn't have gone even this well. Still, though... And yeah, that was pretty naughty, but not quite naughty enough to break Lotor's resolve(Contrary wise, original canon Lotor would have ripped that slip right off her the moment the dress was gone and had her right there on the floor!). Well, only three chapters left, an should be interesting. FYI, WA ch. 4 is now up(have you considered putting it on Story Alert?). Until chapter 37, then. Laters.

Well, that went pretty well, and unbeknownst to Lezard, Allura is actually all for a merger with Lotor! Hopefully Lezard and Lenneth won't be too put off by the other Drule's appearance. (Crosses fingers) Good idea with the hologram of Doom, really pushed the point home for the human sovereigns, I think. Well, until chapter 36, and Allura being a naughty little Princess, then. Laters.

Well, at least Ranseya is will to talk peace, but yeah, sounds like Altrexia is currently ruled by a power mad nutcase. And gotta agree with decision about weapons, currently the safest way to avoid a historical repeat. Now, if they can just get that land permission. And as to taking a second break, no problem, perfectly understandable. And just what naughty thing is Allura gonna do to try and get poor Lotor's attention next time? Hehehe, I look forward to finding out! Until chapter 35, then. Laters.

Is it just me or have I never noticed it? Has Allura always been such an... irritatingly staunch Mary-Sue? Yes, she has her redeeming areas -she's stubborn, intelligent, kind, and hopeful to a fault. All great qualities in a royal but with none of the ruthlessness, the application of certain strengths or knowledge. It could be excused that she doesn't act like a royal because she's still very young but the more I read the more I think back to how she acted in the show...cotton candy overdose sweet and a little useless with small occasions of awesomeness -The fight with Merla was glorious!-. Still, I ma thoroughly enjoying this story. You write like a professional -if you aren't already, you definitely should be!-, your editor is wise and selective -if you edit your own work, further respect and bows!-, and you seem like you enjoy the finished product. This is the first story of yours that I've read I think and I don't believe it will be the last.

    Keep Up The Great Work,
    Lady Blackthorne

Wow, what a way for Merla to end. Pretty much totally lost it there at the end, huh? Hopefully Reaver won't have any trouble patching her up, and now comes the hard part of mending fences with the people beyond the castle, and that certainly won't be easy. I look forward to seeing what comes next. Until chapter 32, then. Laters.

Oh, no, Allura! Not again! Damn, Merla's a stone cold bitch this time around, ain't she? Kinda like Lust in Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood. I'm starting to wonder if Lotor and Alfor will make it in time, or if Allura will one more trick out of her bag to take Merla down herself...or could Merla actually, gasp, win?! Oh, and nice to see Coba again, though I am wondering what's become of the poor mice... Until chapter 32, then. Laters!

Well, at least the operation went well, and Yurak clearly wasn't as tough as he believed he was, huh? Hehheh... Now, if they can just reach the castle before Merla, or at least before Merla can get to Allura... As to Nanny, let's say she's just trying her beast to be tolerant and understanding as her King has commanded, hm? Well, until chapter 32, then. Laters.

Well, that's one way to ruin an otherwise great evening. I really liked that kids were getting along so well, by the way, and they're already mixing the languages a bit was nice, too. And poor Nanny, she's so put upon, but fortunately open minded. Cossak stepping in to help was very amusing, right up to his comment about having a spare holopod for his "private collection", lol! And it was really nice seeing both human and Drule coming together to head out and stop Merla at Pelphine, hooray for progress! Three hundred hostages?! Oh, boy, I somehow don't think this will end well no matter what happens... As to my chapter 4, I've actually decided to try taking a page from your book and have actually already written the next two and am hard at work on chapter 6(shiny new castle, ho!), and as soon as six is done, and four is run through my beta(also known as my sister), up four shall go! But that's another discussion, now isn't it? Well, until chapter 31, and the confrontation at Pelphine, then. Laters.

Oh, I dunno, considering everything he was confessing up to, a little paranoia was arguably justified. And yes, I did enjoy the interactions with Astatavina and Adrios, right from the moment he skipped out ahead of his mother and Cossak had to go catch him. It was wonderfully written all the way around, and I even found myself being both annoyed and sympathetic to Maltilda, poor old lady. Dinner this night should be quite the interesting affair. And by the by, I finally put up Ch. 3 of mine a few days ago(hint, hint, wink, wink, nudge, nudge). Well, until chapter 30, then. Laters.

Well, Alfor took all that pretty well, much better than Lotor expected really. Now, how will he react when he sees some of the more reptilian Drules? There in lies the question! I look forward to finding out, as well as learning what the heck Merla's been up to since we saw her last. Well, until chapter 29, then. Laters.

My, but Allura seems to be enjoying herself, isn't she? Hehe, that poor servant guy, I almost feel sorry for him. After all, she did ask his opinion, he was just being honest. And I liked the brief peek at the Drule kids, and Allura's reaction to their remote controlled toys, as well as the kids reactions to her. Yes, a very interesting and fun chapter all around. And I applaud Lotor's honesty about the situation with Merla as stands, no reason to sugar coat it. I look forward to the reunion with Alfor, especially when he sees what Allura's wearing. Until chapter 28, then. Laters.

Yay, the escape is begun and Merla's plot is set to collapse around her in rubble! Wahoo! Though I note Lotor didn't bother to turn off the computer before they left. Ah, well, by the sounds of it the pilfered power source will burn out shortly, anyway. Now, if they can just save the alliance with Alfor, somehow... Until chapter 26, then. Laters.
