So this is one of those fics I've passed over dozens of times before reading. The pairing seemed a little squicky, and the changes to canon necessary to make it work made me wonder just how much thought would have gone into it. But then I started browsing AOO and when I came across it then (just a few days ago) I read it. And liked it. It's hot. Surprisingly so. I almost wish there were more, but it works so well as it is. Short, simple, to the point. The way I like most of my smut, lol.
