Speak Now Or Forever Hold Your Meowth!

Chapter One: The Engagement
Jesse and James had known each other for a very long time. They had basically grown up together in Sunny Town after leaving the harshness of their home lives. The two had always been inseparable, best friends, telling each other everything as well as doing everything together, going through thick, thin, and back again. They never really thought of themselves as a real couple, but rather as “The Dynamic Duo”. Although after they saw how Ash and Misty were together, and when Gary and Tracey had become a pair, they began to truly realize that what they thought was friendship was really a blossoming romance. It hit them hard at first, to actually know that they loved one another, yet after that one line:
“Jesse, I think I love you.”
“Meowth, come with me, I\'ve saved four months salary, and I think I\'m ready to buy that diamond engagement ring!”
“What?” Questioned Meowth, who simply just could not believe it. “Yous gonnas ask Jesse to marry ya?”
“Yes.” James stated rather quickly.
So a very blissful young man, and an exceptionally mortified Pokémon went to a jewelry store in Goldenrod City and bought the ring which cost as much as a used compact car. When they went back to the cabin, all poor Meowth could do was sit in horror in a corner with Arbok, Wobbuffet, Weezing, and Victreebel and watch James pop the question to Jesse after they had eaten a very romantic diner for two of Chinese take out.
“Oh James, yes, of coarse I will!” Replied a very surprised and joyful Jesse.
Then James slipped a huge diamond ring on her finger, that looked like it weighed a good pound, with the words “Jesse & James Forever” engraved inside.
“Oh James, it\'s beautiful!” The red exclaimed.
“I think I\'m gonna puke!” Meowth muttered from the corner. “Don\'t yous guys feel the same way?”
(No, they deserve each other!) Said Arbok peacefully.
(Perfect couple!) Wailed Wobbuffet clapping his hands together.
(Masters are beautiful!) Weezing remarked. The poison gas Pokémon apparently had a tear
in his eye.
(Weddings are nice!) Agreed Victreebell.
“I can\'t believe yous guys are actually goin\' along with this, they\'re not gonna care about us no more!” Poor Meowth was very upset. It seemed like he was the only one in the world who disapproved of Jesse and James\' marriage, but he really couldn\'t explain why.
“Jesse, you just made me the happiest man alive!” James squealed as they began to kiss.
“I can\'t watch this it\'s too disgusting!” Meowth covered his large cat eyes with his paws.
“Wobbuffet!” (How nice!)
“Weezing!” (Beautiful!)
“Victreebel!” (They\'re so happy!)
“Arbok!” (How good!)
That night all Jesse and James could do was think about their soon to be big and spectacular wedding. Except, how was it going to be big without a lot of people, where were they going to get the money to pay for everything? Nonetheless, James had a brilliant idea, like he usually did, however he knew this one was fool proof. Back in Kanto lived his stuck up southern parents who were rich as God knows what, and who were waiting for him to come home to marry that not so southern bell Jessebelle, so he could inherit the entire estate. Therefore James figured that if they took care of Jessebelle by sending her on a one-way cruise to the Orange Islands, they could then dress Jesse up as the annoying southern slut and her and James could get married with no problems.
“Jess, think of it this way.” James explained while holding his beloved\'s hand. “Everything will get paid for, my parents will move to their beach house, we\'ll be filthy rich and live happily ever after just like Kings and Queens in a fairy tale!”
“James, it\'s a wonderful idea!” Jesse squealed with delight and large glittering shiny sapphire eyes appeared on her countenance. “We\'ll finally be happy, rich, and together!”
Thus Jesse and James packed what little belongings they had, put Victreebel, Weezing, Arbok, and Wobbuffet back in their Poké Balls and were on their way, with a really depressed Meowth trailing behind them.
“I can\'t believe their actually gonna go through with this!” Meowth mumbled sadly; he was loosing his two best human friends.
Later that night, they arrived at James\' family estate and were welcomed by a merrily barking Growlie (James\' pet Growlithe).
“Shush! Growlie old buddy! Where\'s Jessebelle?” James patted and rubbed his Growlithe\'s head.
Growlie led the way to a small house off the property where Jessebelle lived.
“That ugly, controlling little bitch! She\'s probably sleeping, anyway, it\'ll be easier for us to get her!” Jesse cackled evilly, that very same snicker that brought Meowth and James doing all of her immoral biddings.
They went inside, called a Taxi and with the help of some chloroform, which James was afraid to ask about, put the “sleeping” Jessebelle on a one-way ticket to a remote, secluded island in The Orange Islands. Then Jesse raided Jessebelle\'s closet, put on some of her clothes, redid her hair, and finally they were ready to see James\' dreaded parents. They walked back to the main building and knocked on the door, and surprisingly enough James\' father opened it instead of Hopkins the family butler.
“Son! You\'re home!” Cried his father happily. “And I see you met up with Jessebelle before your own parents! Ha! I knew you\'d fall for her some day Jimmy my boy!”
“Is it true James darlin\'?” James\' mother inquired of her only child. “It\'s been so long since you\'ve last been here, and you\'re twenty years old, why not get married before it\'s too late!”
“Actually mother, that\'s why I\'m here, to tell you that I and Jessebelle are to be wed!” Exclaimed James excitedly.
“And what happened to that girl you always followed you around?” His father asked.
“Who? Jesse?” Questioned Jesse, who sounded so much like Jessebelle when she faked the southern accent, that James jumped slightly thinking it was really “bitchabelle” (as he so loved to call her). “Oh, what a shame, how that very beautiful girl could leave such a handsome young man, she even left all her Pokémon with him as well, such an evil little thing wasn\'t she?”
“Well, if the two of you wish to get married, than a wedding we shall have!” Shouted his father cheerfully. “When do you want the big day to be son?”
“As soon as possible!” James answered rather hastily; he wanted to cut the small talk.
“Well, you know, that everything is just one call away, we\'ve been waiting for this day for a long time. Everything can be ready by next week, all you two darlin\'s have to do is get measured for your wedding dress and tuxedo, and invite all your little ol\' friends!” His mother appeared ready to burst from anticipation.
“We\'ll start everything in the morning.” James\' father beamed with pride. “You and your Meowth must be exhausted, Jessebelle, escort them to James\' old room.”
“Goodnight!” James\' mother and father shouted at the same time as they ran off into the mansion as if they were giddy little school children.
“Ah, so that\'s where you get it from.” Jesse commented as they walked into the mansion.
“No offence James, but your parents are insane!”
“Well, I personally hope the two of you are happy!” Growled Meowth.
“Oh, Meowth, we don\'t have time for this now, I\'m exhausted, save it till morning.” James yawned, he was annoyed by Meowth\'s complaining. “Come on Jess, let\'s go to my room, I have a nice big king sized bed with a big Mareep wool blanket, it feels like you\'re sleeping on clouds!”
They climbed all the steps to James\' bedroom and quickly made themselves at home. Jesse had never had this sort of luxury when she was little but she took advantage of it quickly. They released all their Pokémon from their Poké Ball\'s and then went to bed. Since they weren\'t trainers anymore, there was no need for their Pokémon to be cooped up in their Poké Ball\'s; they needed to enjoy the high-class luxuries as much as their human counter parts did.
“Goodnight everyone!” Shouted Jesse and James at the same time to their Pokémon.
“Goodnight you guys.” Whispered Meowth to Victreebel, Growlie, Weezing, Arbok, and Wobbuffet. “Cause, after this week, we ain\'t ever gonna have a good night again!
