Reviews for Sinners

Glad to see you kept your word and continued the story within November. Great chapter (not as much smut as I would have hoped, but I still enjoyed it). Very interesting scene wit the "Interloper" and I can't wait for the upcoming battle with Watson.

    Keep up the fantastic work.

Imasuky Lomae---Slime trails could have kinky applications. Lawl. Incidentally, Gastrodon and Gardevoir are apparently in the same egg group of 'indeterminate'.

HOW THE FUCK IS GARDEVOIR NOT HUMAN-SHAPED BUT THAT FUCKTARD MIME THAT YELLS ITS OWN NAME IS?

    BLEH.

Xain---My old-school Pidgeots were so awesome, bred specifically to kill my brother's Alakazam.

Goggles---This story sure has come a long way. The next chapter is probably going to make Sinners pass the 100000 word mark (currently 90000-something)...hard to believe. Word counts seemed so much more formidable back in high school...

And I love cliff hangers. Whenever I CAN end a chapter with one, I totally will, because it's totally awesome that way, HEH.

Incidentally, I love fuzzy stories specifically because such happiness is so rare in real life. Nowadays people take their relationships for granted, caring only about how much money the other makes, what they do for a living, how many kids they're gonna have, how they're gonna split the shit when they divorce...bleh. True love is beyond such trivialities as money and marriage. It is what it is...and until the world discovers that, the only happy endings they'll ever see will be on paper. Or computer screens. Whatever.

RoboRed---I thought I'd take a lot longer, too, but the plot came to me pretty quickly (even if the writing took a lot longer). Chapter 18, I dunno, but I DO have some ideas in my head for oneshots/other works, so I don't know when Sinners will be my "full time" project again with weekly updates and all.

The Gym Battles I love aren't the ones of the anime, where "DODGE" and "LOLUSETHUNDERSHOCK" are shouted over and over. It's more "ARE YOU READY TO ROCK?" mixed with some "FUCK THEM IN THE ASS, THE BAD WAY", heh.

Great job, man. From the way you were talking about the break, I didn't think you would get back to this story for like, six months...buuut, maybe that's just because it took you forever to write the earlier chapters. :P

Really good job, though. I like the voices and psychic stuff that you've added to the storyline. This'll make for an interesting plot device. Kind of an interesting way to look at psychic stuff. I can't wait for the battle either. I didn't really expect you to go onto the "gym battle" route, given your past critiquing of the poke'mon anime. I hope it turns out great. Keep up the good work! A) Too lazy to make a good name, get that out of the way
    B) I read this earlier when it was up to chapter 5, rediscovered it recently,
    C) I've already written more now than in my first "review" and it's more useless.
"blood loss or infection or whatnot."
Interesting voice thing. Whatnot, sounds very professional :D
Also, whatever deity(s)/scientist/guiding force in the world there is/are hates you for cliff hanging us with promises of a mind blowing fucked up battle plan. Sounds great :D

Although, the story is so fuzzy happy at points it's almost depressing to stop reading, when you realize in real life if you share a bond half as close as that with someone it's still 1 in a billion/twins. :( Fantasy is always better...

My Kaishakunin is a male western Gastrodon so there is no love and it probably wouldn’t be to pleasant to have it’s slime trail everywhere we went but he has taken out a ton of other pokemon and I have the word for this chapter Fanfuckingfictastic

Tai---Yep. While I go by the technical aspects of the games, it's not absolute...if it was, it'd be too dry and boring. Incidentally, there's an explanation for why Ralts evolved early (and did so again into Gardevoir) that'll be coming up in later chapters.

I think it'd be neat to pick a Pokemon in your team to be out of its ball, tagging around with ya, in the games. Kinda like in Yellow, but with anything you want. I was a bird user throughout my younger days (Pidgeot ♥), so I'd love to have a big honkin' bird of prey flying around behind me, heh.

Imasuky Lomae---I'm going to say something once, and then never again until it's relevant so I don't spoil anything:

Don't assume Kiako's Pokemon are any more normal than he is.

    :mystery and suspense:

Heh, it's because it doesn't follow the numbers that it interests me. If it was pure numbers, I'd write it off as 'Guy's fricking insane, never gonna work' and forget about it. Because Slash clearly has a plan in mind, I'm curious as to what could overcome such a huge handicap. ;)

In other, unrelated but vaguely similar news, yay for me for finally getting Dialga on Diamond. And in a show of pure loyalty, it was my own Kaishakunin, Spike the Lucario, who pulled through for me, surviving four consecutive Metal Claw attacks to chip away enough health for me to use an Ultra Ball. :D

Sure, I can't say my Sonkun's given me his heart, what with us both being guys and all that, but I can at least say he's put his life on the line for me. :P

Tai---Here's a hint: remember that battles in Sinners don't have to strictly follow the numbers. Levels are kept ambiguous most of the time, and the Pokemon are more independent of their trainers than in the games/anime.

For example, I don't know if Slash's strategy would work at all in the games...

(although it would work pretty damn well in a Mystery Dungeon-esque system)

Imasuky Lomae---Ash is a phailure. Expect more rape oneshots starring that punk in the future.

Incidentally, Kiako's Gyarados is immune to other Gyarados' splash attacks.

Heh, I don't want you to tell me what happens, but I'm going into tournament battling once I get my team right and once I get the Wii and Battle Revolution, so I'm trying to think like a trainer. The idea of using type-inferior Pokemon is completely alien, so this has me very, very curious. My strategy gland is buzzing with excitement!

NEED MORE! Update ASAP, or Magikarp will kill you and your family (http://youtube.com/watch?v=Ban5uv5v72c) ^^
