Good lord, I've missed THIS MUCH. Thank God I finally caught up, and Holy shit. The Ancient Kingdom, the Desert, dark-progging powers, Miyako's ghost, corrupted Pokemon, the curse, THE SHADOW. My, how this story has evolved. And it's still fucking awesome. I see your chapters are as long as ever, lol.

None of these new chapters fail to impress me. Hell, this story's gone from a trainer traveling the world and falling in love with his Gardevoir, to giving him Dark powers and a lifespan of less then 6 months, and having the world and reality itself twist under the Darkness of an ancient Monster. Yeah..... I think I need to reread the story a bit to figure out how that exactly happened, lol.

Fantastic work with Sinners so far. And I'll continue to leave my "reviews".

There. I'm finally all caught up in Sinners. And it feels so awesome. This latest battery of chapters was fantastic. The shadow is indeed scary, warping and twisting life itself, kinda reminds me of the "world moving on" in The Dark Tower, heh. The interactions with Flannery and her team were very enjoyable, whether friendly or tense.

I can't wait to see what the final parts of this arc will bring... I know it's gonna be good!

Veeery interesting chapter. So, Team Rocket's found stronger guns AND a Sunderer? Oh dear...
I don't trust that old man... Though the "Sai" thing may just be coincidence.
And as for Miyako, two words: Yandere. Sympathy.

Would you please figure out some way to show slash's telepathy OTHER THAN BOLD? This is a good story, but even all caps would be less annoying than bolding all the text. I don't see why you can't just use italics for both of them, or maybe underline and italicize slash's thoughts. Bold is just really distracting, and kills the suspension of disbelief, reminding the reader that they're reading and not inside the story.

Well I finally made a account(This is GenoLiger)I just go done reading the Eclipsed(I know I'm a bit behind Senior year of School work has kept me busy, espesially my goddamn senior project.) The story is great as always and I'm glad you started with the shorter chapters thing. I was playing Persona 3 FES and the song Burn my Dread suddenly reminded me of this arc after I read the lyrics to the song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbsAyGQ0k_U&feature=channel_page This link has the song lyrics to Burn my Dread in the Description box. I didn't realize the person singing this song was singing in English till I saw the lyrics.

Awesome pair of chapters here; revealing, intense, and prophetic. It was nice to have plenty of juicy info revealed, to be dramatically immersed, and, ugh. I suck at reviewing things. Very, very interesting nonetheless. It was nice seeing Kiako again (ooh, him toying with the idea of betraying Giovanni and remaking the world in his own image? Muahahaha, very nice.), and Slash completing his Pokemon team with that interesting twist. Oh, and Silver showing up and utterly curbstomping Slash to demonstrate he needs a lot of work still. Yup.

Well, it took me TEN FUCKING HOURS to read it all. But once I did, all I can tell you is this man.

That was fucking epic in every possible way. XD

Excellent update, very glad to see things working towards a climax. Awaiting Cataclysm with bated breath, even though it's probably going to take a very long time.
    ... *ASPHYXIATION*

Not much else to say, as not much happened other than revelations we were all expecting anyway.

I feel sad for Corrup-Ted (hur hur hur).

    Imasuky Lomae---Glad you liked it.

Xain---Unfortunately (for nearly everyone), Sinners ain't PWP, so...it might be a while between sexings. The minimum wait for lemonness would be three chapters, and that's only if they try to get it on in Slash's parents' house. Which would be a dumb idea.

Psyence---Next chapter should be out next month. I just finished the outline (an absurd 14kb, which is a lot for a damn outline) and writing will commence tonight.

Vyers---Well, the good news is this: with the next chapter called Cataclysm, you know a lot of tension will be blown off, lol. Things will be a lot calmer after Cataclysm, but the story will gradually work its way back up as time goes on. It'll be kind of nice to let Slash and the gang relax a little, even if most of chapter 30 will be recovering from the wounds sustained in 29. XD

Blame any weird dialogue on the Bob Marley candles I had burning while writing it (patchouli and sandalwood-scented, not hemp, lol). If there's anything really glaring, let me know and I'll tidy it up.

Espy---Considering that Flannery and Blaziken have managed to hide their relationship from the entire town of Lavaridge and every single trainer who's fought her, it really was no contest. XD

    Psyence---Yes, he does.

    SF---Glad you liked it.

    Jasmin Kaiba---Sexfulness? XD

General Review---Cliffs are meant to be hanged.

Vyers---I'll say that neither her nor Watson are the Jack of Diamonds or the Ace of Spades that Quiero mentioned. What that means for their continued good health is a matter for the future.

Xain---If you mean sex, consider this. Volcanic ash. It's not like snow or sand. It's countless small chunks of something akin to glass with unsmoothed edges, capable of clogging jet engines, and makes a concrete-like goo when sucked into the lungs. This is not something you want to have sex in. Combine that with the fact that they haven't bathed in more than a week and are currently between a destroyed, Aqua-held town and a camp full of people who'd lynch them if they found out (they don't know about the camp's destruction), and sex is not on the agenda.

Their experience in the desert taught Slash and Psymakio to temper their arousal.

NonaS---...I was kinda fast for someone hacking up his lungs for a couple weeks? :-D

Chapter 29, Cataclysm, will be very very long. Hopefully it won't take a very very long time.

Knight---Blaziken is very cautious regarding the safety of his mate.

Nelo Akuma---Ahaha, I please ladies with my writing. Excellent.

The Pokemon team was actually crafted pretty carefully. Flying Pokemon (at least those large enough to carry Slash and Psymakio) were out, since being able to travel that easily wasn't something I wanted. I settled on a large ride-capable Pokemon (the future Arcanine) so they could go fast, but not TOO fast. Slash might be able to ride Manectric (who, according to the Pokedex, is about five feet tall), but I envisioned him as a little too small for riding for the purpose of Sinners.

Crawdaunt was selected because I planned on having at least one Dark-type in Slash's pack, to give him someone to relate to and to force Psymakio to confront her fears. Graveler was to fill the role of heavy physical brawler (plus he's one of my favorite Pokemon). Manectric was simply filling the Electric-type role I wanted (for someone to train with Watson later). I didn't decide on Cacnea for any particular reason, but the thought of giving Slash and Psymakio a Dark-natured adoptive son was good enough to adopt him in turn. :-D

Ragdoll---I'm kind of surprised that I'm not farther along in the story, lol.

Haha, that might be an idea if I followed my original plan, to put Flannery on a bus after Fallarbor instead of having her travel with Slash (at least for a while). Maybe have them suspect it, but not be sure.

I didn't go that way, though. XD

Psyence, Imasuky Lomae---Exactly why I did it, though it's more of a portable level scanner than spitting out precise numbers.

Incidentally, Pokemon in Sinners are not limited to 100 levels. For example, as of chapter 28, Psymakio might be around level 35. Watson's Rotom might be around 45 or 50---it was only due to the mud that she even had a chance against him. A healthy and uninjured Rayquaza might be around level 1800 or so. XD

InnocentFan---Heh, yeah, they are very much teenagers. Prone to lovesickness, overconfidence, and getting freaky when they shouldn't. XD

As for the Shadow, it can corrupt humans as well, as you'll see in chapter 28. They become infected with its "aura", which is spreading out from the location of its sealing and will gradually taint the entire world. When corrupted, the Shadow's nature---chaos---takes over in both body and mind. Other than mutating the corrupted body, the Shadow cannot physically manifest itself while it's sealed. Should it be freed, though...

As for the Gardevoir line, indeed, there are no direct biological descendants of Miyako. Without spoiling too much (this will be explaining when Slash and Psymakio meet the second storyteller in chapter 30 or so), the species was reborn through the wish made by Miyako and Quiero in an attempt to ensure love remained in the post-sealing world.

    J. Winter---WHY COULDN'T THEY KEEP IT IN THEIR PANTS?

Oh yeah, new chapter uploaded, haha. Now to start on the long and epic climax of the Fallarbor storyline---Cataclysm.

Been lazy in the Sinners reading department, but I think I'll change that for the time being, lol. So, we've been introduced to Flannery and her Blaziken (ooh, hot! *shot for lame pun*); another line of force arrives (hmm...); and desert traveling with more Slash philosophy, possibly prophetic dreams from the past, a little sexy... and then it all goes to hell. Run like the wind, Electrike!
