that was too much............... Alexander Anderson.

The mere suggestion of it brought tears to my eyes.......how do you think of such things.......

when I finally finished laughing I had to start the entire chapter over from the beginning ...............just considering it left me at a loss to find the place I left off.

    ----your the best

Wow.... first Islands and now Anderson? Hahaha, if he's this much power over the same sex, I wonder how badly Seras will gush once he turns his attentions upon her?

As I stated in my mail, It's great to have you back, and as always, I await the newest chapters

Thank you, Lara. That is very appreciated. I was beginning to wonder and had to settle myself with reading the story over for the third time, heh...

But in any case, family is more important than stories. So, best wishes to godvoltaire and family.

Update ,,,,,, About the Author: Godvoltaire

I recieved an email today stating basically that after going out of town for a quick trip that unexpectedly became an extended stay to care for a parent & is, unfortunately, without internet connection. These were her actual words:
"So, 45 days or so from my "quick trip", I'm still not where I can write or reply to email."
"I wish I could write and post for you right now but I can't."
" All I can tell you is it won't be much longer (hopefully) before I'm home and able to write on Midian Evolution."
"If you want to help me, you can post what happened to me on the review thread on my fic."
    I hope this posting helps.

I am to lazy to log in also I cannot remember my password at the moment. I love this story. I can't wait until you update. I was up till 4 am reading most of this. I know the feeling on writing a story and getting no reviews. An author would like to know if anyone is reading it and liking it otherwise what is the point. That is probably why I haven't finished a couple of my stories. Mine are easy to find, it is under King of Bandit Jing or Jing King of bandits, Just look under reesechan. Keep up the gospider tood work.

I think I already said this in my last review, but your story is great; it's so great that I have been compulsively checking each day to see if you've updated with a new chapter (I don't normally do that with any fan fiction, even the good ones). And occasionally reading through it in one sitting, or revisiting my more favorite moments. Well, I hope you keep on writing...

I just finished reading your story through for the second time. I don't think I've ever done that with any story so soon after the first read-through. I usually wait a month or more, partially forgetting about it, but then rediscovering all the wonders a second time. I couldn't resist, though, my anticipation taking control. This time I read ME more thoroughly, absorbing little details that I may have missed the first time I read through it. I love it just as much, if not more, than I did before.

I spent a little time translating some of the Romanian in your story. About a year ago I tried teaching myself the language. The most I can do is count to ten, recite the subject pronouns, some pronunciation, say "hello", "goodbye" and "he went to the cinema". The fact that I was enrolled in French Immersion for thirteen years plus a year of an entirely French college helps oodles with conjugating and other similar concepts. But anyways, it gave me something to do. :)

Just in case you haven't figured it out from my reviews, I'm really looking forward to your future updates. I've already added ME to my list of stories to constantly check for new updates.

    Smile,

God, the ending of Chapter 30 made me grin so wide it could have rivaled Alucard's. I love, love your writing. So much better than I could do! Keep it up!

I've really enjoyed this story so far! I love how Alucard isn't exactly canon, and I adore the Walter/Integra pairing! It's coming along beautifully, I'd love to see more in the future. Keep up the awesome work!

Reading through chapter 13 now, I uh, breezed through your... "note". I must say I'm a tad disappointed. I make it a point to not review stories where the author... how shall I put this delicately... complains about a lack of reviews. First, I write as well. While I may not be at your level of skill, or write at a similar pace, I do write and I do appreciate reviews, but they are not, nor should they be, my driving force. Writing should be done for your pleasure, and while I do very much appreciate it when authors share their masterpieces (did I not just gush praises in my last review?), I don't understand this needing reviews thing. I don't know how often I come across writers holding chapters hostage because they don't receive enough reviews, and it sickens me. I have written similar notes such as this many times and while some people understand my concern, most just tell me to go to hell.

It's disappointing to me. Like I said, I do understand how reviews are appreciated. It always fills me with warm fuzzies when someone takes the time to write a well thought-out review detailing how much they enjoyed what I wrote and how I might improve. But the thing is, most people don't and never will bother to do so. Is it not enough to simply know that people are reading and enjoying what you write? It just baffles me...

Anyways, I do hope you are not insulted by this; it was never my intention to do so. A lack of response can be discouraging, but there is always someone out there, even if it's one person, who will enjoy and appreciate your work.

*sighs* I usually stop reading the stories where reviews are demanded. Does it tell you something that I simply can not stop reading this? I even sent the link out to a friend who I RP with. Neither of us are big on reviewing, but it just goes to show.

You have no bloody idea how much I simply love this. So many stories have I read that were out of character, inaccurate, or have completely butchered the vampire myth while being so ignorant of it at the same time. Thank you for sharing this masterpiece with us. I'm in awe, bewitched. The mixture of the story Dracula along with Alucard's true history has made me love this story so much more. I often find myself enraged at how ignorant people are while writing Dracula's past, having done little or know research on him. I'm nearly shaking in delight at what you've made this story into.

The only think I'm a tad worried over is the life that Seras acquires in her master's presence. What I hope the most is that she isn't able to bear children. Vampires having children has bothered me for a while, and thoough I am familiar with dhampires, female vampires, physically dead, should not be able to have children. But then again, I'm often reluctant to include children in any story, so I might be biased.

I will be reading the following chapters with unrestrained rapture,

Oh, my goodness, I cannot begin to describe how wonderful your story is! As a third-year English major, I am floored by the clever use of word phrases and plot twists - as well as the very palpable suspense and tension that I feel whenever I read those gorgeously written scenes between Alucard and Seras. As one being subjected to reading poorly written fiction, fanfiction, and assortments of other stories and grading it for fellow classmates - I am tickled pink by reading a story as masterfully written as yours. I do hope you continue to write it! I will be looking forward to updates.

P.S. (It is also refreshing to see a well written Alucard/Seras in a fanfiction site that seems to rely heavily on Alucard/Integra)
