As someone who always liked many of the story concepts in this series, but found myself a bit turned off by the protagonist, this seems like something I could be into, even if I could do without the World of Warcraft crossover.
you do a good job of making him fairly likable, and of writing from other characters' perspectives. I will try to keep checking in to see more, if this isn't posted on other sites with subscription functions so I can be notified when new chapters arrive.
