Reviews for Odds and Ends

I will start by asking this: WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE!? I have searched the realms of Fan fiction for years for stories about my beloved wolf and his mate Tokio and rarely have I found such a gem as your story! It's been years in fact! You kept Saitoh so perfectly in character and yet allowed him to extend his range and show other sides of himself. You perfectly explained the core of his beliefs showcasing him brilliantly as the hero that he was both before and after the Bakumatsu. The way he manuevered Tokio into revealing herself without lying or exposing too much of himself was genius and so typical of a Rurouni Kenshin Saitoh! I was so deeply impressed by your story that I created an account just so that I could review your story! This is truly a work of love which are really the stories I prefer to read. I am no literary connosieur and prefer to read stories from authors who write from their hearts rather than those concerned with reviews. It is obvious from the quality of your story that you write from your heart! Please continue to write so brilliantly about Saitoh and Tokio! Thank You!

I thoroughly enjoyed your story. The characterization of Saitoh was just perfect, logical and brilliant with a wicked sense of humor--everything I imagined him to be. You have gained a rabid (not contagious) fan, and now I must rush out and read everything you've ever written! Keep it up!

If there is something I always loved from your works, it's the detailed insight on the characters' minds. You get Saitou as few others, and I'll never get tired of saying this. Concerning Tokio's reality check, I don't think her realization is a cliche, I'd say it was a common situation for many women, especially high class, who ended in arranged marriages because of family 'debts'. To me, this makes me even more sympathetic to her dilemma.

Hehe... nice one shot (right, we know we are Latin babblemouths... *sighs* We can't fight the genes...) Poor Saitou-kun, Fate can be so ironic, ne? hehe but it's a good occasion to examine her, ohoho... No pretenses here, out of societal conventions... I wonder what he will find... *grins more*
