I haven\'t reviewed this yet which is criminal. This was one of the first stories I read on the site, and one I reread periodically. It\'s on my list of recommended reading, so God knows why I\'m only getting off my butt to review it now. I love this story. Like all your stories, the characterization is spot on, and whatsmore, it stars two of my favourites, Zaphkiel and Uriel, both of whom, I think, are terribly under-appreciated. After reading this story, I realise just how much these two have in common, and I think that to play the two off each other like you did was an excellent idea, and makes for an interesting piece of work.
