I like this very much. Yuki\'s thoughts are very real, and believable. Shindou\'s reactions were perfectly in character. I didn\'t notice any grammar mistakes, if you hadn\'t stated it, I would never have known you were not a native English speaker.
The way the scene ends is poignant. I hope you have more planned soon.
