Personally I just have to say that the idea of this story is brilliant... second I have to say I liked the happy ending best... I'm so used to sadness in anime, I'm sick of reading it too... sad endings make your heart bleed and well... Cain suffers in the anime as it is I think, so I'm happy you did write one happy ending.
Loved the way you described Cain... so many of my friends say they would love to read or see Cain in that state... please write a sequel... email me if you do so I will know =)

Wow, that was an awesome story *wipes tears from eyes* I always had the thought of Shido stiil having a place for Cain in his heart. I really liked the alternate endings. But how could Shido not like Cain? He promised him eternity, I know I would love to live for ever, although the disavantages are that you see a lot of people die so yeah. but any how, i absolutely love you\'re story. *adds to favorites.*

I nearly cried at part 4 and swooned at part 5. You are such a great writer. I will be keeping my eye on you and will be thinking of you when I write my own Midnight Walker fic.

I am not going to cry...not gonna cry.... *cries* That was beautiful! I loved both endings. I honestly would of prefered the sad ending, but having both endings work well for me. *gives you thumbs up for the story*

I love all the different stories that you have written, this is the first one I\'v actually reviewed but to be honest I have read them all you have here. I love the stories between Cain and Shido. You can practically feel the love between them and almost feel sorry for Cain\'s struggle with Shido. So many times you just want to say to Shido \'Give it up already we all know you love him.\' Needless to say you\'re stories wonderful to read.

Wow. That hurt. At least, the first ending did. The second one made me feel better, but the... emotion of the first one is a lot more potent. As sad, horrible, and depressing as it is, I liked the first ending the best, even though the second one was better for my happy go lucky side. Can\'t wait to read more from you!

Cain is my favorite character too! Bad Shido...why did you let Cain die....! I\'m still crying about that...letting the handsome Cain go...over that...that stuck up Riho!

How wicked you made this fic. I\'ve printed about ten copies of it and have them always with me...Cain x Shido...my favorite couple other than Snape and Black...later!
