I'm new to Saiyuki and already hooked on this pairing, and I just love this story. I thought it was just going to be a cliche sex-cure fic, but it's much better than that, mainly because of the dialogue and characterization. Like I said, I'm still new, but from what I've seen so far I didn't think Sanzo was ooc; I thought the way he decided what to do makes perfect sense for the way he goes about things. Hm, not sure I'm making sense, but anyway, I love the story and thank you!

I never understood the phrase 'If you meet your father in battle, kill your father', but I think I understand it a little now. Thank you. Sanzo was so earnest, it was a very interesting way to portray him. I was very moved by his declaration that he would pass the scriptures to Hakkai so that he could freely give his life if that was what was needed. And virgin kisses do have great power.

Sanzo is a bit like from au - is himself, but at the same time, is not. But overall... OMG! Beautiful! 383 rules=)
