That was reallyr thr the lack of a better word as well as sleep, good. lemonaid would have been nice, but you needed to get the filler going. Besides I was kinda wondering how the \"present\" Okita was taking the story. And well, now I know. I promise I will leave a praised filled review on the next chapter...right now...sleep yes, that sounds really good.

I;m very intrigued as to how this will progress!

One note about characterization, though: Saitou here seems much more like the Rurouni Kenshin Saitou than the Peacemaker Kurogane Saitou, and thus far this story seems like it belongs in the RK section. Saitou in PMK is quiet, almost recve, ve, but he\'s kind to Tetsu, if still standoffish. The Okita in PMK is a wierd blend of childish and very dark; he calls himself a demon and doesn\'t hesitate to kill people. I feel like thus far you\'re writing an RK fic instead of a Peacemaker Kurogane fic.

All in all, though, great job!
