This must have been one of the best fics I've ever read. Descriptions, but especially the way the fic flowed had me enthralled until the end. It's beautiful in ways I couldn't fully explain, and joyful and sad at the same time. And I wasn't even into Camus/Saga before this. But here it works just so fine...

I'm happy.

I tried, I swear I tried, but I still can’t find the right words to tell you how much I liked this. The narrative is so dense, there’s so much emotion sometimes you can almost feel the words; time and time again I’ve found myself getting lost in Saga’s mind, in his fears, his loss, his despair and his need. I don’t think he’s ever been so perfectly portrayed. So... human. What amazed me the most was Deathmask, he was given a personality and that’s something you don’t see very often in fanfiction. I really liked the self-sacrifice versus indulgence aspect of Camus' inner struggle; he did that for Saga as much as he did it for himself... “Depressingly beautiful” would be accurate. Kudos. Hope to see more from you.

I am SO happy that you finally put this up - the story haunted me for weeks after I read your first draft. It is by far one of the best pieces here, with a style and flow worthy of study. It\'s also imaginative, being set the night before Hades.

I do hope you write more.

Saga\'s mvorivorite Saint of all. Differently from you, I think he\'s got that good/evil personality problem, but even though, I really liked the way you pictured his fears, and sorrows, his regrets and his need for approval, tenderness, and companionship. He\'s a very interesting and complex character, and I\'m sure it\'s not easy to write about him the way you did - keeping him as interesting and complex as we, fans, love him.
Ah, and as for the dirty stuff...it was really breathtaking!!!

What a detailed story! I really liked it even though I haven\'t seen that part of the anime. The oil lamp was a nice touch LOL =) Looking forward to more stories from you...(hint hint)
