oh... wow. I liked the ending! Making Yue mortal huh? That's clever! I hope sakura will be able to visit touya and yue again in the epilogue! but man, for a second there, I thought you had killed Yue and Touya! Great chapter but we are finally at an end :(

I promised a good, decent review so I'm going to attempt writing a long one. I sincerely apologize for never leaving a really good one. I'm not sure yet what I'm going to write, but I hope that this makes up for everything.

I'm almost surprised this has a happy ending, but for such an epic story I think it was needed. If had ended otherwise, it would seem all was for naught. In fact, when the Void devoured Yue and Touya, I was very frightened that that was indeed the case. I did a double take. But continue reading and hearing Clow as the narrater, and everything seems much more clear. That was a very nice touch, and truly helped to explain things in a fashion which suited the story. It was also a good way to wrap things up; it added a very nice touch, almost like the signature of the artist on a painting. This was years in the making, and I am very proud to know that you made it! It takes incredible perseverence, patience, and focus to get a monster like this written, completed, and with little to no error.

Touya's character changed, but it took an awful lot to change him. No matter what he was always stubborn, right until the very end. I'm glad he let Sakura go. His possesive nature and outright refusal to let her go was beginning to wear on me. I don't think I could ever hate his character though. I don't think I could ever hate any of them. Especially after this story, and reading all emotions, and knowing their reasons for being. You did an excellent job keeping that all in tact, and there were very few breaks in character personality--but that's what real people do. They change, they do things sometimes that seem very unlike them, and they grow from it, which all of them seem to have done. Perhaps if we had seen more of Ralen (not that I wanted to) we would have seen a change out of him too, but it'd be a long time coming. If he hadn't been a part of the story though, many of things which happened wouldn't have, so I'm glad, in part, that he was there. Of course he was the reason behind many unfortunate incidents, but again, things wouldn't have gone the way they did if not for him. Strange that I'm thinking something like "thank you for writing Ralen's character!" after all he did. Yue--obviously he made one of the biggest changes, although in the end, he is still like the moon which needs an earth to revolve around. At least now he gets to be happily in love, and live and mortal life. Afterall, what is the point of living forever if you did not have someone with you? It would be very lonely, and relationships would be meaningless. People like Yue and Sakura need love. Really I'm a firm believer that all people do, but I feel like some need it more than others (I'm probably included in that) and clearly those two need it in their lives... I think I'm getting a little off course here. Sakura... ah, Sakura. She was so meek and helpless in the beginning, but in the end she was able to tell off her brother, even break away from him, punch him... She understood many things she hadn't in the beginning, be it purely emotional or explicit. I'd have to say the same goes to Syaoran in that regard. He wasn't able to hang around women. He was helpless somehow. He gained a reason to use his powers, he was able to hear Sakura, he was able to do so much!

This chapter was a fairly short one, but possibly one of the best. You did not let me down. Not even for an instant. Of course Yue would plunge himself into enemy territory. He knew his own feelings, and he would rather not live with them when his heart was broken... It was incredible timing on Touya's part. I was hoping, hoping so much!, that he would make it in time. I was so nervous that he wouldn't, once he was in Yue's bedroom talking to himself. Thinking, "Idiot, idiot! Can't you tell?!" I almost wanted to slap him, make him wake up and see that Yue was gone and in danger. I had a feeling as soon as we get Syaoran's side that Sakura would be conveying her thoughts to Spirit. Those two were so connected, and just like Touya, Sakura could use and apply her power. Again I was shouting in my mind, wanting Syaoran to see, to hear, to know that she was the one keeping Spirit from moving.

I'm so glad... So, so glad that everything came out the way that it did. It was excellent, and I seriously cannot wait until the epilogue is up. It's been a long, long ride. I'm actually a bit disappointed that it's over, but it's nice to have closure. I really hope this review has made up for all my lacking ones. Oohhh I really hate to be done with it! Here goes nothing...

I don't want it to be over yet, but I am so glad it ended happily.
I hope for a very smutty epilogue - Syaoran deserves it, lol.

PERFECT!
Simply perfect! I was dreading to read this chapter, knowing it was the end, but you know I couldnt help coming here and reading it anyways XD
The conversation between Void and Yue was heartwrenching, and even more so when Yue leapt to catch Touya. He declared his love in a very Touya-way, and that's always a plus in my book. However, I was not expecting the way the Void was to be defeated; I kinda was thinking one of the two would sacrifice himself for the other, but I'm glad they didn't.
The narration by Clow at the end gave it the perfect note for the story to end, and hopefully he was talking to another dearly beloved ghost...? One can only hope XD
I am wondering into what exactly was the Void born to be? All its counterparts are not immortal anymore, so it will be interesting to see...I'll stop speculating now ^_^

Once again, thank you for writting the best AU story I've ever read.

Beautiful... Utterly exquisite... but your going to end it at 49 chapters? Bizarre. *laughs* Sorry. Reading about the four lovers' reunion has put me in a great mood. Can't wait for the epilogue.
