Oh but it is too late!!! Sakura won't want to leave!...and if she dosn't leave, enither can Touya cause then Yue will have Sakura, the thing that got him into this in the first place. Oh poor boy, he just can't win can he.

I've been reading through this in absolute fascination, and I've really been enjoying your writing up to this chapter -- you've done what almost no fanfic writer ever does; you've created a realistic complication between the 'destined lovers' and 'the situation they are in' [master/slave situation] that HASN'T made 'the situation' a flat two-dimensional stereotype that we always see in fanfics.
I obviously feel bad for the conflicted hero, Touya. He was a decent human being thrust into this terrible world and he is trying to make the most of his dire situation. It is also good to see that this isn't a chiched love story -- and Yue isn't 'the perfect lover'. I've been really looking forward to seeing how you *will* manage to resolve the genuine conflict between the two characters of Yue and Touya. Touya is such a reasonable and compassionate person [before he was captured] that there really wasn't a clear-cut 'right' and 'wrong' choice for him in the story itself, despite what Kaho said in those first few chapters.
I've never seen a fanfic author handle this kind of story as well as you have, with as much complexity in the relationship and as much honesty in the interactions.
And it has all built-up to this moment, has it not? The moment where Touya has the chance to finally escape from this dreadful castle -- He can have his freedom back. Surely he won't throw it all away because Sakura might not want to leave too? It's horribly, horribly thrilling, and I really expect him to at least attempt to run free, despite his growing affecion for Yue.
I feel satisfied as a reader who has been so much looking forward to seeing Touya escape the castle, and maybe put Yue's ego in it's place. Having that promise of escape in the horizon has always been a thrill, but now that it's here I can barely wait for the next chapter to come!

I'm just..shocked? I started to get uneasy when Touya was going back to Clow's room..I didn't expect this! I sorta expected Touya to give Syaoran's knife back then go to bed but your version of events are better!! To give Touya the chance to run away. I hope he isn't thwarted. I want him to make it all the way back to his town and make Yue come and get him!
I guess Touya could use this to his advantage, nothin is in the way anymore, and we got a distraught Yue.. :P at least I'd think Yue would be affected by Touya's sudden disappearance. he still held affection for him so I hope he gets sad and not angry. Though angry Yue can be good, actually seeing a death, Ralen's hopefully, probably would be good..)

You've got to update this story!!!!! You are one of the only writers I know of that's done the characterization of Yue/Touya so well that the little quirks that you've created for them, especially for Yue, that it's very true to both of them. You're writing is amazing.Please update soon!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, the Irony!! Clow doesn't count in the bet, now does he? Because he just told Touya, but, and here I'm quoting you, Touya being to Touya won't believe him or heed to his words. Now, Touya won't run away from the castle with Sakura. I have the feeling she wont let him. If he does run away, he will run away from Yue and the truth of the magic, And Yue obviously hasnt compared Touya to the stag, well at least not consciously.
The man that looked like Touya? Sounds like Fujiutaka to me. I just cant help of thinking of him, after all that story with clow/eriol/fujitaka. I doubt its eriol, but I guess it is a higher possibility than Fujitaka. Clow is sneaky as always, he says he has the urge to "fix it" but he won't bother Yue; still he is bothering Touya, and that is meddling and fixing to me XD
I've been visiting this site once a day since the chapter 36, since you are updating frequently. I would appreciate it however, if you feel like you wont update in a long time, to let us know in an author note, so we dont go crazy visiting this site daily ^_^

So, he's actually thinking about making a break for it? Somehow I don't think Sakura's gonna want to leave anymore, not if it means never seeing her fiancee again.
