Okay, you might want to look at that scene again - Yue never responds to the "insulting my intelligence" line at all, because as soon Touya says it he keeps talking about how he doesn't actually care where the apology comes from, etc. I only ever got the impression that, in a desperate bid to get Touya to talk to him again, Yue crafted a disguise around himself - Yuki isn't even a semi-seperate being in this, he was just a "mask" of sorts worn by Yue, that's it. But if you still think I'm wrong, then, Capitalist, please clear this mess up, please?!

Thanks for the new chapter! I think that necklace probably has some magical properties too; why else would Yue say it was one of his favorites? And since Touya has a little bit of magic in him he probably sensed it. Dun dun dun.
Also, I always feel like Sakura and Li and Tomoyo and Meilin speak about the secret relationship a lot, so I always expect Ralen or somebody to pause outside the door or something and overhear it. Fortunately it hasn't happened XD

the necklace! oh, the necklace!!
That was awesome. Well, I don't mind if Yukito is Yue's mask or not, but it would be fun if he used it a wee bit more ^_^
It just surprised me how he talked when he was masking himself. I still think Yue's going to crack first XD
I love the art from Yue and Sakura in the cage, its so heart wrenching! Its an amazing art, gittachi!

Boy these chapters sure are popping out fast!! I'm really loving that.
Ahh! Things are still quite happy--I really hope they stay that way, and that Tomoyo is wrong. ^^;; I think they're just going to keep exploring, and getting to know one another better. Hmmm, I just knew Yukito would be a disguise. :P At least, once he showed up and Touya said something about it. Meh, anyway.

well, I just read this story a couple of days ago, and I have to say that O'm glad I found it. I believe the characters are very well portrayed, even though they are in an AU (authors go crazy when writing this kinds of stories), and I'm glad you kept them stay true to character. It's soo like Touya to demand answers from Yue, but I think he went a little to far by opening that door, even for him. I mean, he never pushed Sakura into telling him her secret in the canon story, so I think he is a bit wee more tolerant to other people's secrets (although he DID know what she was doing all the time, unlike here). Syaoran, I love him. I totally picture him leaving Sakura for that kind of thing, even if he was to be expecting it. Sakura, so dense and knowledgeable in her own freaky way, she is always pushing them in the right direction. I bet everyone has said this before, but I hope Ralen has a very slow and painful death.
I loved the Yukito cameo, but unlike other reviewers I don't think he is just a cameo; there's something more about him,I can feel it. Yue never admitted changing into Yukito to talk to Toya, nor he admitted it was an illusion; in fact I think he was sincerely surprised. Yue's remorse is so palpable, that it didnt surprise me when he asked for forgiveness, however I didnt think he would be that...direct with it. I keep betting against myself to see which one of the two will say the three dreaded words first. My fangirl side says Toya will say "I love you", because lets face it, we like to see him suffer or we wouldnt be here, and he could drive himself crazy waiting for a reply from Yue. Now, my writer side says Yue will be first, afterall he is the one that has admitted how much the other one really affects him, and it would trigger a shift in power, even if its slight; that and Toya stays in "constant denial" as Sakura told Yue, so I guess it would be harder to get a reply from him than from Yue.
This is a great story, and I hope you will finish it eventually. I don't mind waiting to read it, but I hate it when authors abandon their stories. I don't think that after so much you have written, you would let it drop.
Oh, and before I forget, it would be a nice addition to have Kero in, but its not necessary. However, I am of the opinion that an universe where Yue exists must have a Keroberos, and vice-versa (even if in Clow Country in TRC kero doesnt really exist T_T)

Yay! Some good stuff between Touya and Yue! I just love it when Touya initiates it though, For whatever reason. That last scene with Ralen, really creeped me out. I hope he never gets Sakura, that would be horrible and I'd need to go out and buy many boxes of tissue. So, I'll be waiting for the next chapter.

Yuki was just what he was in the original canon - a disguise of Yue's, albeit a far more intentional and under Yue's control one, to get Touya to talk to him again! The "giveaway" is in the fact that he reflexively called Touya "Toya" instead of "Touya", which, unless I blinked on something, only Yue has ever done. I mean, HELLOOO?!?!?! What part of that wasn't obvious. Okay, I'm going to shut up now.....

*Ahem* Now that I've gotten THAT out of the way, lol..
I have followed this fic for quite some time, and I must admit, I have never once been disappointed. Your portrayal of the characters is beautiful and flawless, and the situations, though AU, are wonderful and completely believable.
I think that you are quite possibly the best author in the entire CCS section of this site, and believe me, I have read almost every fic here. The imagery of your story is unique and powerful, and at the same time subtle in a way that defies simple definition by words alone.
I hope that you go on to become a professional author someday, the raw talent you possess absolutely floors me. And yes, I say professional, rather than 'Real' since in all scopes of the word, you truly are a real author in your own right, by any standards.
My opinion may not exactly count for much, but always know that you have at least one reader who is totally and eternally in awe of your presence, lol.
Great job with this, keep it coming! I will endeavor to remain patient until the next little piece of brilliance appears here, haha!
