Am I the only one who thinks Sakura's acceptance of the marriage proposal might have been overheard? Or Yue's sleeping with her might have been misconstrued? Maybe I just see angst everywhere <.< >.> ...

I also find myself disappointed with Touya's acceptance of Yue's reasoning. He knows Yue may care for him and even love him but ... doesn't he miss his home? Regret staying tied to a person whose heart is already elsewhere? Maybe want to hit it up with Yukito in the kitchens? That is if Yuki isn't a disguise Yue was wearing ... imagine the bloodshed then..

*Yue walks in*
"Ah!! Ah To-ya! Harder!"
*muffled thumps and squishes and other various sex sounds*

I also think .. maybe Yue might like Touya for himself a bit. But I wonder how much of that like is mixed up on his confused and mixed feelings responding on the parts of Touya that remind him of Clow. Or even the routines that they go through that so mimic Clow's routine with Yue. Hell I even wonder if perhaps its not just Touya but any fierce and strong person who had come to the castle and would have made a suitable replacement master would have been a shoe-in. If Yue was created to be a slave then in time he would need and search for a master to take over the role he was thrust into and return him to a role he was born for and happy to fulfill.
In which case Touya is really getting the short end of the stick. Kinda sucks to be him.

HOEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! Syaoran PROPOSED?!?! And Sakura ACCEPTED!! OMFG!! I was in as much shock as her when it happened!! But yay!! That was excellent!!

And then poor Yue finally let it all out to Touya... and I'm glad Touya listened cuz it really was a burden... and Yue's pain was just too much... I'm so happy Touya comforted him when he broke down cuz the worst thing he could've done was give Yue the cold shoulder AGAIN!! So maybe they're finally on the way to patching things up! Yatta!!

And Meilin... she totally pwned Syaoran's ASS in that fight!! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA *cough cough* Damn evil laugh... oh well, she totally just went up another notch in my book!! I defended Syaoran for how he was feeling, but I still think that he got what he deserved when his cousin bust his ass up, down and all around!! BRAVO!!

And I hope Ralen catches something... he's just ASKING to get VD... the pervie BASTARD!! After having quite the shitty week....coming home and finding you posted a new chapter was such a pleasant surprise! It makes the shitty week seem just a little better ^_^

Interesting chapter. I'm glad to see everyone is starting to get back together.

But honestly I didn't expect the confrontation between Meilin and Syaoran to go the way it did. Maybe I'm placing too much stock in Meilin's personality from the actual CSS series but I really didn't expect her to be 100% on Sakura's side in this. Once you brought her into chapter 33 I was expecting her to try and get them back together..just not that way.

Can I ask a question? If not just ignore this. ^_^ In the previous chapter you asked us if we hated Syaoran for what happened. I'd like to ask you the same thing. Do you hate him for what happened? Do you blame him entirely for the fight between him and Sakura? Reason I ask is because in your AN you were glad that several people said they didn't hate Li for what happened, but you still ended up sticking him with all the blame in the latest chapter.

Why is Meilin so strongly on Sakura's side? Yes she is friend's with Sakura, but Syaoran is family. She may be grateful for the changes Sakura has been able to make in Syaran but still her reaction to Syaoran during their confrontation just seems to be a little OOC.

Syaoran may have been wrong in his actions to Sakura but that doesn't change the fact that Sakura's actions were wrong as well. Just because she's naive and doesn't realize what she's doing is wrong doesn't change the fact that her actions are wrong.

Was Meilin's reaction so strong because she met Sakura first and only got her side of the story and saw how unhappy she was? That could explain some of the way she acted when she went to pound on Li. But I still can't see why Meilin doesn't seem to see anyone of it from Syaoran's side of it. I can see her trying to beet some sense into Syaoran. Not becuase he is entirely to blame for the situation, but because she has seen the changes Sakura has made in Li and she doesn't want to him lose her over something that in the long run is something pretty minor.

I just am having a hard time with the way Meilin acts I guess. Thinking back, some of this maybe because we don't see her reaction to what Sakura tells her before she leaves to confront Syaoran. Maybe if the scene between Meilin and Sakura was a little longer? I mean, no one has explained to Sakura why Syaoran acted and said what he did. Meilin may not agree with how syaoran acted or handled the situation but she should at least be able to know and explain to Sakura why he acted the way he did. I just got the feeling with this chapter that Sakura can do no wrong and Syaoran is the Big Bad Wolf for daring to hurt and make Sakura cry regardless that he is hurting just as bad from her actions.

Meilin uses the argument that Sakura is a pleasure slave so she can't be blamed for what she has to do and who she has to be with. There is one thing wrong with this though, Yue is her master not Ralen. If it was done on Yue's orders, it would be one thing, but doing what Ralen wants so she can see her friend is her choice, it's not an order. Sakura may not have realized that Syaoran might have objections to the way she got her meetings with Toyomo, so while it may not be her fault, she isn't enitrely blameless, again I say Toyomo is more to blame than anyone else in this and I still think she feels more than just friendship for Sakura, since she is not naive like Sakura, she has to have some idea of what Syaoran's feelings would be, I mean she could just as easily come during Sakura's walks outside as in the mornings. ^_^

What will be interesting to see is the next meeting between Toyomo and Sakura, now that Sakura knows how Syaoran feels about the situation. Will she continue to do the same things to see her, or will she tell her not to come again or maybe break down and tell her about the problem? I also can't wait to see toyomo's reaction to this. Does Sakura really love Syaoran? Enough to give up Toyomo? Does Syaoran love Sakura enough that if no other way can be found would he agree to let Toyomo and Sakura meet the same way they do now?

All in all I liked the chapter and I am glad everyone seems to have gotten back together.

It will be interesting to see what the future holds. ^_^
