Another chapter in less than two weeks, I am super happy. I can just feel the Yue-Clow-past explanation starting, and I am very much in love with Li and Sakura. It's sooo romantic, to put it shortly, but I really liked how you described their chemistry. Also, the exchange between Li and Touya about archery and the vegetables was priceless.

Anyway, nice long chapter, really liked it, thank you!

Aha!! The foreshadowing was so strong here, I could've gone mad with it! Obviously Yue's past lover is going to come into the picture... yay!!! I'm so excited to see how you will weave Yue's past in this AU with the characterization revealed in Yue's past in canon. Somehow, I am thrilled at the thought of it. Through this entire chapter, I kept feeling like Touya in the music room. Hopefully I won't have a lifetime of bad posture from all of my hunching over the computer screen. You're such a faithful author! I'm so pleased whenever I check this story, it seems you truly do spend a good amount of time working on it, and thus speeding up the time between updates. I could expound upon my glee some more but will instead leave with the final hope that Meiling makes an appearance again soon :)... And, the Kinomoto siblings will be so cute, with Touya making music and Sakura dancing to it!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 You're amazing!

i like this chapta. Its shorter than your other ones. i hope the next chapta will be longer. :) what exactly does the chapta title [ever and never] mean? i dont get it. yue and touya are more relaxed with each other now. the scene in bed was cute. like they were in love almost. yue doesnt punish or yell at touya anymore if he does anything wrong or backchats him. thats good. i wonder if touya will do something that makes touya *snap* and punish him in the future.
will touya run away with sakura if yue lets him out of the castle. will he try to escape back to his town. i wonder what all the people from the town think happened to touya and sakura?
PockyFille has an interesting idea: will the servants all be gossiping and making bets about yue and touya. in 1 of the chaptas you said that gossiping is their favourite thing to do so surely they will b making lotsa interesting bets [cos yue has kept touya so long]. and wat will all the servants think when yue lets touya go out the castle? now i have turned into 1 of them reviewers who speculate lotsa stuff. i guess im making up for the mean review that i left last time.

I don't really want to guess at what Yue is or where he goes and why. I think it's intriguing but I certainly have no theories as of yet. I'm a little surprised that someone has come so close to guessing it right, but I want to leave things as a surprise so I won't go looking for this person's reviews. (I really enjoy surprises!)

I love your style of writing and how well everything is planned and posed. You seem to me very thorough and you have a very nice vocabulary. The story flows very nicely; even better is that I never find mistakes in your spelling, grammar, or punctuation. Personally I think that adds a lot to a story because without it, you loose so much. You've given this story a lot and it really shows through. While I have many favorite CCS stories, I doubt that I could read any others here because this is absolutely the best. I'd have to say of all my favorite CCS stories this is in the top 5. I know you're planning on finishing it soon, but I'm not quite ready for it to end. ^_^;

I am absoloutely in awe of your talent! I've been checking and re-checking this fic for updates since I fisrt discovered it, and I must say, it has only gotten better with time! I just love these kind of stories, the abrupt beginning, and the slow downward spiral into love, the ending far from sight on the distant golden horizon..

There are far too few fics like this in any fandom, especially Card Captor Sakura. Never mind the AU, I personally feel that this story has created it's own private universe, which, as you know, is in the truest traditions of CLAMP's works.. It shows the versatility of a writer of any kind to revisit old and oft-loved characters of one story, and to truly create something new with them, and I really hope that your creation continues to flow as it has here.

Thank you, sincerly, for all your hard work, and may you never feel doubt in yourself or your abilities. You have proven them ten times, no a hundred times over with this singly story that I just can't seem to get enough of!

Oh, this is the only reason i even check AFF anymore. I really like watching yue's walls crumble, bit by bit, and kind of touya's too.
That willing kiss was just wonderful, and i'm kind of curious about how the various other inhabitants of the castle wll react when that bet gets around the gossip circles.

Wow, nice chapters. I can't wait until Touya learns that piano piece. And when Li finally kisses Sakura I just said "Finally!" Those two really needed to be together, just hope Ralen doesn't find out. Although, if this story were an actual anime show, I would think 'Great, Ralen's going to find out in the future...' I think of Ralen like a boss monster on an RPG game, like Kingdom Hearts or the .//hack series of games, or Final Fantasy. Who knows? Maybe I actually have an idea here, with my Ralen's going to find out theory... I loved the first kiss between Touya and Yue, I really never noticed they never had a lip to lip kiss before. I need to pay more attention next time. Good job, can't wait for next chapter ^^

AWESOME and completely mind captivating. The suspense and drama just keep building. Fantastic work and I am patiently waiting for the next chapter.
