This is one of the best RK fics I've read. You've got a great grasp on Shishio and Yumi's relationship. I hope you write more fics based on this couple. Please keep up the good work.

It was just absolutly wonderful, I was looking for a Shishio/Yumi fic, and yours is the first I ever read, I´m glad about that because is beutiful, I remember that when she died and then he follow her I did cry, it was one of the best scenes I´ve seen in anime so far. And your work made justice to it.

BRAVO!!! :standing ovation; yes i agree whole heartedly! Yumi (besides karou) it my fave kenshin girl it was soo sad when she died and shishio..for lack of a better word was really sweet. i loved your story :applodse:

Normally i dont review on this site (cos TECHNICALLY i\'m underage... ^^¿), but i absolutely HAD to say how much i loved this. I finally got vol 17 (i belive it is) about a month ago, so I only just read it, but i, too, teared up when she died. Yumi is an underappreciated charater, if you ask me. I LOVE what you\'ve done with this peice, very emotionally driven and well written. ^^

Wonderfull! I always thought Shishio was one of the coolest villians in anime. I dont remember, but i probably cried when Yumi sacrificed herself. But the best part was them planing to take over hell. talk about detirmination! Anyway my only question is this: Is shishio actually his name? Its my understanding shishio means Master. So is shishio his title(as in master Makoto) or his first(last) name?

This turned out considerably better than just okay. I\'m so happy to have found a good ShishioxYumi fic at last! I enjoyed having some backstory, and it\'s always welcome when an underappreciated pairing is done believably. More than welcome!
