I'm sorry, this is disgustingly out of character for Sanji. Women are not slabs of meat to him, especially not Nami. He sure as hell wouldn't grope her WHILE SHE'S PASSED OUT. Hon, that's sexual assault, in case you weren;t aware. Sanji is, quite likely, the last person in the entire One Piece world to do that to ANY woman, nevermind Nami. Y'know, his nakama.
He definitely wouldn't encourage Zoro to join him.
Sanji may have overactive hormones, but he also has a strong sense of honor. He's an adorable, chivalrous dork around women, not the sleazy, misogynistic asshole you wrote here.
In short, this is not Sanji. This is some warped Pod Person who just happens to look like him. And the real Sanji would very gladly kick his ass down the Grand Line.
