Many good things about the story. Marik is an enticing character, warm and caring.
I don\'t understand anything aout Yo [sp] though. A shaman? As in \'magic man\'? What is he training for? Why is he being abused?
Nice beginning. Nice ending. Needs more explanation in the middle, though.
