I'm going to agree with one of the former reviewers who stated that this was one of the better written fictions for this fandom they'd seen. Because quite frankly, it is.
Unlike most people, you don't gloss over the technicalities, actually bothering to explain everything (I was impressed by the sheer detail of Rockman's explainations to Netto!), even refering to some techniques used in former episodes. Moreover, unlike most of the shounen-ai writers, you don't rush into the heaps of fluff and 'cuteness' that many are guilt of, prefering to pan in out...and indeed, a chaptered adventure fic such as this, should be written in such a manner. Thank you for such considerable restrait. It will work out better in the long run.
At the end of the day though, the thing I love about this is the character reaction between Rockman and Netto. Their banter in the first chapter was quite amusing to read and they seemed to be very IC as well.
Hmm...about this Saito thing...are you planning to expand on this and give out some more ethical reasons for Rockman's belief? Personally, since I've never heard a peep of 'Saito' in the anime, I'm assuming that particular storyline is canon in the games only, but then again, I've never seen Stream or Beast.

I love this story! It's different than the other .EXE ones I've read, and the plot is very interesting. I hope you're able to continue soon, I can't wait 'til you get to the smut~
