cool! poor luffy. any chance at a continuation?

One thing I just want to point out from being an EMT: It's medically impossible for someone to swallow their own tongue. You'd want to leave a seizing person alone, actually, because they can thrash to greatly that they will injure themselves if held down or break teeth if something is put in their mouth. You have it right about choking on their own vomit. Very rarely will a person vomit in a seizure, though. Even Grand Maul seizures rarely induce vomiting. I liked the story on a whole, though. I'd like to see you update and explore other pairings, you mentioned maybe Luffy/Sanji. I'd like to see how you'd write that. =D
