Pretty good. Like crysta said, there's too much silly sex talk, and also everything is much too flat in the opening. It sounds robotic, and just flat out deciding "we're going to have a night of passion" isn't very romantic. Also, you didn't even mention the danger of Kusanagi having sex. In Blue Seed 2 we found out that just kissing someone can make an aragami completely lose hold of his human form. How does Kusanagi have sex without going all clawed and spiny?
Other than that, good descriptions and pacing, and no "yuck" moments like a lot of lemons have. It's hot, passionate, but not overdone.
