I'm about to start chapter 10 and I cannot adequately express how much I'm enjoying this story! Dee and Ryo are perfectly in character. ( I SO want to smack Ryo) You have a real talent for writing unique sex scenes. They are very descriptive and beautiful. Thank you for doing this for all the bereft Fake fans out there, and please don't ever stop writing.

I know you have a life and all, but could you PLEASE hurry up and post chapter 16? Otherwise I'm going to be checking every five minutes like some kind of addict! It's hard to be patient. Sigh. What's that Ryo thinking? Four months, well five and a half now, with no sex and only one declaration of love at the very beginning? That's no way to do a relationship. I hope Diana is going to scold some sense into him. This story is lovely. I can't wait to read the other things you've written. I'm so glad I found you. More, please!

Ch. 9 Thanks for updating this story. It was a bit of a jump between the action at first but I thought it was a good choice. Right now, Dee and Ryo are both sending each other mixed signals and that's going to make for a lot of emotional and dramatic tension. The car chase was nifty too.

Ch. 10 Nice to see that Dee's finally understanding Ryo a little better.

CH. 11 Boy, sometimes Dee just annoys me. He really is a selfish jerk. And his mood swings are intolerable! One moment he's displaying chilly silence and the next he's screaming like a kid throwing a tantrum. Ryo really is an angel to put up with that.

Ch. 12 "That was when he realized that he really did need some time to himself to think properly, to step completely back from the situation, distancing himself from his emotions, and look at it with clear eyes. Only then, would he find the answers to those questions." Hey, good for him! I hope he'll keep in touch with Ryo while he's gone though.

The rose is a good touch. It reminds me of one of my other recommended fics "Saying it with Flowers." That's an M/M story too from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer genre. I liked the inclusion of this lost art form here. :)

Ch. 13 It's not like to be so introspective. I like it although I'm not sure I like him being so cautious with his feelings. That feels a bit off for him. But at least he's trying to think things through. Unlike what he was thinking before, you need more than love to make a relationship work; otherwise people wouldn't ever get divorced.

I guess Ryo and Dee are both going to have to make adjustments. Even though they're apart, they're trying to make sense of it all. The conversation here seems so natural, with the awkward pauses and changes in mood right on target. I'm going on to the next chapters before I run out of time here at the computer.

Ch. 14 Heh. I liked this chapter. It was funny and sweet and Ryo's worry didn't seem forced. Oops! Out of time!
