Hmm. This has a good, intriguing premise - it's based on some very well-known wisdom, how can it not be? Unfortunately, I'm ambivalent on whether or not I'm going to read future chapters for a few reasons.
First is my definite discomfort with all of the Outer Senshi beelining towards Ranma, since it violates a universal set of emotional 'physics' present and unbreakable even in fantastical or surreal settings.
Second and most prominent in my mind at the moment is also the apparent homophobia you display with your dismissal/'explanation' of Michiru's blatant and irreconcilable lesbianism. She's gay. It's something people need to learn to deal with. I would have the same reaction towards a blatantly gay man being 'turned' straight by means foreign or similar, though notably not towards a 'blatantly straight'* man for the simple reason that in every society on this planet, straightness is simply assumed and, because heterosexuality is the norm (or at least normative), a non-heterosexual man can 'pass' as straight with a good deal of ease.
In any case, do continue. Other than the unfortunate problems mentioned, this does seem to be turning out into quite an interesting fic.
*By the surrounding quotes, I mean to reinforce my later point.
