Well.....this is my first time reviewing a fanfic and i have to say that it was amazing. I have read many MANY fanfics and never have i felt compelled to review it and give praise to the author. Bravo!!!!!!!!! This was quite an accomplishment. I loved the plot and the characters so much!!!!! Oh and the smut was fantastic, cause let's face it one of the two resons for reading this was cause of the naughty bits ;) i like you am a huge Mirage of Blaze fan and this is by far the best mob fanfic i personally have ever read. I look forward to reading some of your other fics. Thank you for writing this wonderful fanfic; it ha my complete and utter pleasure to read this work.

Man. That was just SO funny. Laugh.

Earlier this week I began reading Dreamscape with little hope of it meeting my standards, since few MOB fics do. So, to put this simply, you blew me out of the water with this story. An outstanding feat--lol.

And what shocked me a little was how smooth things started out--not angsty enough for my tastes--but after the sex Naoe and Takaya seemed to be at eachothers throats. *Hugs* I love when they begin to contradict what they're feeling and confuse the hell out of eachother. And I almost died when Takaya actually submited to Naoe's demand for a BJ.

As for your outlook on the whole Takaya/Kagetora persona, that was interesting too. You see him as Takaya and not his past. Hehe. I'm totally different regarding this, but I think that worked well for this fic.

I think of Takaya as Kagetora with out memories; finallly aloud the chance to grow and become something he couldn't because of all the bitterness he harbored from the past. I always figured Takaya had been shaped by his enviorment, but as he begins to remember his past as Kagetora those memories have an impact on who he is presently in life. And it's also fun to link Takaya's present-day problems like his father abandonment and comparing it to his other father...who also abandoned him in the previous life.

Well, I can only think of what Yuzuru said in the anime, "Your you, Takaya." *Cough* Or something to that effect. Still, poor Takaya. I really feel worse for him; not Naoe, though he has it bad too.

Anyways, I'm done rambling. Lovely fic, and I hope to seem more MOB stories from you in the future.

P.S. You should check out the MOB novels being translated at livejournal, they already have 1-15 finished (I think).

This is a beautiful piece of work - hands down the best MoB fic I've ever read. I'm so glad to have found in completed. This was completely addicting and achingly, darkly romantic. Times haven't been exactly good to me lately and this story has really helped me be able to get away from it all when I absolutely needed to. Thank you.

Yeah, I grew up with a bunch of black people. They all had the Ebonic plague too.

i love this story it was so romantic ilove the fact that naoe and takaya finally made love after all of this time and the fact that naoe took takaya's virginity is just so beautiful to me. keep up the great writing we need more mob stories out here as a matter of fact i'm going to do a 3x cross over with my 3 favorite stories and it's a secret.

I actually read this a while back, but I forgot to review! D'oh. Just wanted to say that I loved it and it's the best - by far - MOB fic I've ever come across. I love how Takaya and Naoe are in-character (well, anime-wise, since I haven't read the novels). There were slight spelling/grammatical errors, but nothing that was distracting. Fanfiction w/ an actual plot... Who'd have thought? You rock!
