This flowed so nicely, was written so well and was just so easy to picture. I loved every moment. Your portrayal of the characters was dead on. I especially loved your descriptions of certain things:

“He lost his balance and toppled backwards, his arms windmilling wildly.” Such a Watanuki moment, because if he’s not flailing his arms, then Watanuki’s possibly dead or unconscious.

“The corners of Doumeki’s mouth pulled downwards a fraction and his brow creased; in Watanuki’s mind, the full extent of his emotional output.” Ah you summed up Doumeki’s existence in a sentence. I love you.

“but his index and middle’s first joints are calloused. Probably from all that archery…” Yes, details. I love them, and you are very detailed oriented, which has made this story so fun to read. Again, I can picture everything.

The dialogue was so believable, fun and witty. In my opinion, there aren’t many good Xxxholic, or even many Xxxholic fics out there, so this is a very rare jewel. I hope you can bless us with another chapter. It would make me certainly very happy.

I was really quite pleased with your fanfiction. Though it was a short fic (you should try a longer one, it would be really fun to read...), you seemed to portray the characters perfectly. Not once did you make someone out of character- it was so good that it was easy to picture your story as manga- the thoughts, noises, and expressions made by the characters (especially Watanuki) were perfect. Plus, with a short, cute story like this one, you summed it up perfectly, with Yuko-san\'s ending comments. Good job, and i hope to see more of your work\'s in the future!

Ne Kinmic-chan, this is good, so don't put yourself down. It's rare to find a Doumeki/Watanuki fic that takes the time to develop their relationship before throwing them into bed together. Keep it up!

awwww...Poor Watanuki-kun~! I feel sorry for his clumsiness, but it makes for some really great fanfic material!
And Doumeki-kun is sooo cool! XD You did a pretty good job of keeping everyone in character (though Doumeki
did seem really forceful during the 'Nurse's Office' scene, but I guess he had to be to keep the tension going!)
