Yes!! I am so glad you are updating this story! I'm working on a rough outline of a Twelve Kingdom fanfic....this has been a huge inspiration for me for it! I hope to see more chapters soon! Please keep up the awesome work!

I am so incredibly happy that you continued (are continuing?) this story. Twelve Kingdoms is one of my absolute favorites and I totally am with you in rooting for a grumpy Kirin over a stupid, dorky rat-boy. (He isn't all THAT bad in the show, but he is when people keep writing them together). I definitely will go back and re-read the rest, but I just had to comment about how happy I am. Also, I wanted to mention that, after finishing the series, I love the relationship between Shoukei and Youko. Shoukei is one of my favorite characters, so having her in the story is a big treat for me.

Well, for what it's worth, I'm glad I found this story. I was curious if someone was brave enough to tackle 12 K.

I liked it, personally I think Keiki is too beautiful for his own good and needs to lighten up and I also played with idea when I watched the anime...'would it be something if they hooked up?', but then it would be up to Keiki...seeing how strict he is. Plus, he IS rather tall for kissing, but height isn't every thing.

As for the anime being finished, Hell would have to be close to freezing for that to happen, because it all depends on the author of 12 Kingdoms. Once she finishes the whole story then the anime company who did the series will finish it, because I would like to know what happens to Taiki and where did the King of Tai disappear to...

I love this fic write more please. And now that watched more 12 kingdoms it makes more sense. I really like and wait with abated breath.

Ch 9: You have to write more...need resolution to Keiki's feelings of torment. LOL Great tale! Please update soon.
