Lovely chapter as always, Pen-chan- you're doing a terrific job of expanding on the dream theme! I especially enjoyed the juxtaposition of Naisen and Nakago, and your depiction of how he's learning to deal with the flaws of his former persona. The scene with Soi/Sadako was both sad and sensual...and I totally agree with your pov on Soi and Nakago's relationship. Back then, he was cold to her because he thought she couldn't give him what he wanted...now, in his new life, he's finally recognized that *shes* everything he wanted. I also like the way you've developed the Suzaku/Seiryu connection with Naisen and Hiroshi. Though it's strange to think of Nakago's reincarnation watching out for Tamahome's son, you've made it a completely feasible concept.

You really surprised me with Taka! It's sad, even though I know why he had to be put out of the picture...~_^ I think you've done a great job in presenting grief as a complex emotion; grief has to grow stronger and be openly acknowledged before the sting of it can be eased.

And Miaka...Hiroshi's concern for her is so sweet, and I think his prayer for her will soon be answered, ne? Excellent use of symbolism in her 'subconscious' introduction to Tatsuo- I can't wait to find out what happens when they finally come face to face in reality. As I said in the email- Wow! Shades of Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher! *grins* (Btw, I'm racking my brain to come up with the name for that Simpson's episode, but it escapes me at the moment. I remember the T-shirt though...=P)

This is such a unique and highly addicting tale- I eagerly await the next installment!

Such a WONDERFUL chapter, course they're are always wonderful. The beginning was sad though. n YeY tetsuo sorta met miaka . I liked the fight though.. will we be seeing more of noryioshi? n what will happen when tetsuo and miaka will meet for real? i wanna know so pleaseeeeeeeeee update soon. i'll be waitin.

YAY! A sequel! I love what you have so far. I can't wait for Tasuki to meet Miaka as Tetsuo! And are the other reincarnated Suzaku seishi coming into play in this story?
