Just to say, I'm at the end of Chapter 5 and you've done a great job keeping Manx in character, because I loathe her with every fiber of my being - exactly like I hated her in the show.
I am very curious abut Keiji and what happened to him. I half hope Yohji killed him. The other half of me hopes Aya will get to.
Poor messed up Yohji. I hope Aya gets it together enough to save them both.
Great job on the angst, by the way. Very believable and not the slightest over the time. I almost cried in chapter one.

I don't care, I still hate Manx. Lots. Maybe even more than before.
However, I did like Yohji getting rid of Keiji and I thought the reunion scene was fantastic - original and unexpected.
Is it too early to start whining for happily ever after?

a while back i read Not Now Not Ever, and was floored. so very well written. you have no idea how happy i was to find a companion piece. there might have been a sort of embarrassing little dance involved, but i shall spare you the details. wonderful stories. both parts. i especially have enjoyed your characterization of Manx in the recent chapters. its nice to see her with more character depth. now, pardon me whilst i camp out and merrily, patiently, wait for more.

Woo-hoo! An update! Although, I do find it a bit difficult to imagine lanky Yohji as child-like, he seemed so cute in this chapter! That, and on the verge of death. I hope Aya can actually help Yohji this time. All these misunderstandings between them are driving me nuts! Update soon, please.
