I just wanted to say I really like your fic and I will be sorry to see you go.

Liar, liar, pants on fire, went upstairs and kissed a wire! (sorry, old childhood saying, even if it's not the PROPER version -_-') I came across you LJ quite by accident, and you referred to Sintari's fic and went "It's MugenFuu, but holy shit", thus suggesting that you don't even LIKE MugenFuu. Why didn't you just say that from the get-go so that we Fuugen fans could be spared the oh-so-inevitale heartache?? :( It especially pains me since this is like the first damn damn good good (yes, I doubled both words on purpose ^^) SC fic that I've read, and it's bloody Jin/Fuu! They're fine, but I mainly like them in the "Aww, they're hugging" scenario, not the "grabby-grabby, me-gotta-havey!" one, 'cause that's just...no. o_O I would've been creeped out like Mugen if I saw Jin smiling after sex, 'cause let's face it, he's prettay darn cuh-reepy when he smiles. When he smiled at Shino I was like "DAmn, no wonder he never smells (oops, I mean smiles, haha)- he looks super weird!" lol In a NY Minute....ooo-ooooooh, everything can chaaa-nge Sorry, listening to The Eagles. :) Welp, I'm bored now and I need an update that hopefully doesn't cause me to commit sepucchio, or however the funk you spell it...egads, woman, you are EVIL. -_-'

Picturing Jin in Ariel's outfit makes me laugh, though - and imagining him singing "Part of Your World" while in that little cavern makes me laugh even harder. LOLZ Ever notice how that song's kinda sexual? "I've got gadgets and gizmos a plenty, I've got who's its and what's it galore...thingamabobs? I've got twenty!" Can you say sex toys?? Grooooss. T_T lol

You might seriously want to post the warning: NOT for manic depressive people!! When I read things I take them to heart, and...well...now I'm beyond my normal depression level! Gah! Poor Mugen-boy...now I'm sad for him, and that makes me want to curl up and die when I feel like this. -runs off sobbing-

Ayy, muy bueno! :-D Although I like Jin, I see it fitting for him to die. He's a samurai, therefore it is an honorable thing for him to do AND, since he's in love, it's the ultimate sacrifice that he is willing to pay. Nicely done!

GOOD GODDESS! What's next??
Have been following this one for quite some time, and it only gets juicier. Beautifully written; evokes some serious emotion, wonderful images... lovely. Came to really LIKE Mugen and Jin, and how they seemed to fit in their roles this time. I think this could be the most I've liked Mugen thus far! Awaiting updates with seriously baited breath. =D

Hmm...well, it's a well-crafted story, but my only complaint is the whole romance aspect. It's rather cliche with its execution - if I'm not being too harsh - since I pretty much was able to guess exactly what was coming next the whole way through. As soon as she fell for Jin and chose Mugen, it was SO obvious that their relationship was doomed. I also didn't particularly like how you depicted Mugen as a deceitful crum bum, even though he's very girl-crazy and crude. His character may be crass, but he IS capable of committment when he's in love - sure, he'll keep up his bad boy facade, but I seriously doubt that he would continue seeing Yatsuha if he truly cared about Fuu as he seemed to in the beginning of the story. That, and I felt that the whole 'bumping Fuu's head against Jin's lip' was a tad out of place since I had to reread it to make sure it was actually there...it was just a tad odd, is all. Jin's whole 'possible death' wasn't too surprising, either since dramatic romances typically have the two lovers finally make love, only to have one of them offed in the near future. Hopefully you won't go completely according to plan and make Fuu commit suicide to join her lover in limbo - far too Romeo and Julietesque for my taste, but I don't think you'll do that. If Jin DOES die, you'll more than likely have Fuu be bitter for years, only to slowly turn back to Mugen. Since the story's close to ending, that doesn't seem like too far off a guess, but meh, hopefully I'm wrong.

Now that I've bashed the hell out of you, I'll now focus on what's good, since that's what true constructive criticism should be. I liked the beginning chapters the most since the tension between the trio was quite wonderful. It was also doubly enjoyable to see how Mugen and Jin began to take notice in Fuu's change into womanhood and began to feel desires that they tried to ignore. It was also very nice how you intertwined actual history in with the story to make it more believable and an all-around well-likeable story. If I were rooting for Fuu/Jin I most definitely would be beyond ecstatic by this point (save for the whole possible death factor, of course), but alas, I am on the side of the underdog (how fitting of a title for my poor Mugen), so all I can truly do is sit on my tush and wait for the most-likely full-blown depressing onslaught of your next update. Please be gentle with me, though, because I don't know how much more angst I can take - we late teens have far enough of that. :-P

I knew they were gonna screw - jeez, at least pick a better place. -_-' lol I'm sure it was just gorgeous, but I couldn't bring myself to read the lemon cuz I began feeling woozy, as I do when a pairing I don't prefer takes over - I'm such a nerd, hahaha. I like them when they're all "aww" and hugging as in Jin's being Fuu's shoulder to cry on, but otherwise it's really hard to see. You do a good job of it, of course, but yeah...ignore me! I'm just going off on a tangent since things haven't been going my way recently. And is it evil of me to say I don't really care what happens to Jin?? lol >:P

DOMO ARIGATO, MR. ROBOTO, DOMO...DOMO...HELLZ YEAH, THAT'S WHAT I'M LISTENING TO, SO IT'S KINDA AWKWARD SINCE I'M ALL BOUNCING ALL OVER THE PLACE AND WHATNOT. DAMN, I WOULDA THOUGHT MUGEN WOULD BE THE REASON FOR THE MATURE RATING, BUT JIN?? OUCH LOL I'M SURPRISED MUGEN TOOK IT SO WELL - MY ONLY COMPLAINT CHARACTER-WISE IS THAT MUGEN REALLY REALLY did SEEM TO CARE A WHOLE LOT FOR FUU IN THE BEGINNING, LIKE TO THE POINT OF 'AWW, HE'S IN LUFF! LOL' BUT THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT'S LIKE FUU WAS A STITCH IN HIS SIDE, AND THEN HE CAUGHT FUU AND JIN AND JUST MAKES A CRACK ABOUT IT?? EVEN IF I WERE OVER A GUY, I SERIOUSLY WOULD FEEL A TWINGE OF MASSIVE HEARTACHE OVER SEEING THAT GUY IN THE ARMS OF ANOTHER WOMAN - IT'S JUST HUMAN NATURE. AND I WAS BLUSHIN ALL KINDS OF CRAZY WHILE READING, SO I SKIMMED AND PRETTY MUCH GOT THIS OUT OF IT: NIPPLE, SURE YOU WANT TO, OOH....LORD HAVE MERCY. -_-' LOLOL THIS CHAPTER GAVE ME ALL SORTSA GASTRIC PROBLEMS CUZ NOW I FEEL LIKE I COULD CRY.
