So many nice touches in this that it's hard to compliment all of them. Difficult row to hoe walking between the movie and the books (loved the genie discussion in the garden!) but you are creating your own world there. Nice work!

Goodness me! I never review, and I mean never, but...this was just too good not too....WOW I cant belive how well written everything is, everyone is so true to chracter and the descriptions are perfect, the whole story plays out like a movie in my head. I can just close my eyes and watch Sohpie and Howl bustle around the house. I simply LOVE this story.
That being said, you must write MORE! If you just leave us all hanging on the edge of chapter 6, we the readers may revolt! And nobody wants bloodshead in the name of fanfiction, so do us all a favor and please write more! <3

I have never been the kind of person to review a story, or anything else in the internet, but I simply can't help writing to you to compliment this wonderful story. I had almost given up looking for a 'realistic' continuation of the beautiful story and characters Miyazaki created. When I read what you write, it seems just the thing that the characters would say and do - and you describe everything so vividly that I can see it in my minds' eye. Many people give them cliched and shallow personalities, but you've managed to retain everything and I hope that you will continue writing! And not only are the characters wonderfully depicted, you're style of writing is also very impressive. Thank you so much for your efforts!!

I sat down today and found your story and spent the rest of the night reading it. I couldn't turn away from it. The way you described the characters and the vividness of your whole story just ensnared me and I fell in love with Howl's Moving Castle all over again. I hope you update because I can't get enough of this story.
