Hey, I dig your archive name! Anyway, I just wanted to say that I agree with you about Gojyo and Hakkai being sort of cliched. I think it's brave to take a different direction, and I love the fact that there is going to be some work involved in whatever relationship you are going to come up with. There's plenty of PWP with these two out there, and a little too much fic where they just fall into bed. (Hence, why I changed the one I'm working on.) Your summary doesn't bode well for Hakkai's future in this story and I actually like that. I may sound a little sadistic, but I like my favorite characters being put into very dark situations and am highly anticipating what comes next.
