That was just scrumptious. Just so good that it gave the chill.

Interesting, well written, but of course, very, very sad.

It's really nice to see a well written story that follows the novel. Thanks you for your wonderful story and I hope you write more of this type as it seems more 'cannon' than most on line now, even using a non-trad pairing.

I am quite speechless after reading your story. Is was a wonderful read, filling in some of the AnK blanks, if you will. It was interesting... and beautiful, looking at Iason through the eyes of one so enigmatic as Katze. Perhaps Iason would have been better off falling in love with his former Furniture.

It's a perfect fic, Lena! Thanks for showing the more (though only slightly more) humane face of Iason. You almost made me like him, and that says a lot. He's not a sex-crazed idiot, nor a starry eyed sweetheart - he's canonical so much that it hurts ... And still you've almost convinced me that he's decent. But... aren't those Iason's good traits more of your doing than Yoshihara's?
As for Katze, no comments here. He's the classic case of supporting character who stole the love of the audience. Iason, Riki... who cares? We have Katze.

This was really an excellent fic. Very well written and believable. The characters were accurately depicted and the plot original and interesting. I love your version of Katze's start in the Black Market. Oh, and the fragment with the scar at the end was hot!
