This is very interesting, and I think you should continue the translation, but I also think you should summarize the Megamix in your author's notes for those of us who haven't found it or read it (like me). It silences the "what tape?" questions without having to reference them in the story...
...unless the reader not knowing what was on the tape is somehow part of the plot and tension, and that "what tape? What was on the tape?" is a hook.
Personally, I want an explanation of the Megamix Panda in an author's note. m00m

yea u should comtinue but the tape as it's been called, plz do tell some more about it its like u step in halway thru a story that everyone else already no whats no the tape n ur the only one who's sitting there looking dumb founded
