Well, it looks like Wolfram's working out his frustration, burning the last bridges to Yuri by himself. At least Wolfram's not trying to "act" all girly anymore, now that he doesn't have a reason.
As for Yuri trying to "end" it before it got worse... Yuri must be blind, because he should have ended it as soon as he won that duel. Now he pays the price for avoiding the issue altogether. Shori's right; it isn't easy, but Yuri still seems to be dragging his feet, trying to find a way out that doesn't hurt, when he knows there is no such way.
Yuri does that a lot. It's very annoying sometimes.
He also butts in at the worst possible moments. While armies are marching in, do not start telling your soldiers to stop killing and target the leaders instead, when you have no experience in military tactics and have no idea how to implement the plan.
I'm waiting for Wolfram to give Yuri a good hard kick in the ass. If they survive.
Given that Yuri's misgivings appear to be hard-wired into him, I'm now more interested than ever in seeing how Yuri falls for Wolfram. Again, if they survive. It looks to me, however, that Wolfram will at least make sure that Yuri lives. And seeing as how Wolfram set an entire forest on fire just to slow the army down, I have no doubt that Wolfram will live long enough to hear Yuri's final decision.

The story is very good, if somewhat painful to read, as it is mostly from Wolfram's POV and he's so in love it hurts to see him letting go. There's just one thing. Given Yuri's staunch pacifism, I don't believe he would have dedicated any shrine to any God of War. He's far more likely to give it to a God of Love or Fertility. Or he would turn the shrine to something else. But there's no way he would give it to something that advocates war.
Shori's very overprotective of Yuri and I bet he wanted to talk to Wolfram about giving Yuri up. But now, after eavesdropping on Wolfram and Kyota, he's worried about Wolfram? Why? It makes me wonder, since Shori always struck me as very narrow focused, i.e. everything he's done is technically for Yuri.
Anyway, the story is very interesting, both with Wolfram's problem suitor and Yuri's apparent indecision in letting Wolfram go. (:p I've always wondered why Yuri doesn't try very hard to break the engagement... I guess Wolfram's right; he is a wimp and wants everyone to be happy.)

ohh god,
This is why I never review anything. Now you got defensive and I feel like shit over stupid typos. I'm not going to bother explaining misunderstandings, I'm just going to apologize and continue reading in silence from now on, after all I do enjoy this.

I love this story, and was thrilled to see two new chapters since I last checked. It's heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. I sure hope there's a happy ending, but you don't have to make it soon. I'm enjoying the ride. However, I do hope the next chapter is soon! ^u^

I LOVE IT!!
Everything's so in character in my perspective. It's how I imagine them being.
I also enjoyed your style, good infernal in a lot of scenes.
The only thing that struck me as odd was when Gwendal's frowning is referred to as 'inborn' when I thought the meaning you meant was 'innate'.
Too bad about Greta, you seem talented enough to work around it.
I can't wait to read more!!!
