Incredibly hot, especially that Shigeru can't keep his eyes off of Satoshi, and Satoshi calls Shigeru's name. There's something about involving a third (and fourth) party but keeping the two character's connection, that is very very sexy. I'm curious about what is pulling Satoshi to leave, and what is behind his condition...might it involve a legendary pokemon or pikachu?
