A great effing way to pass time... and with a non-canon pair. You captured their characters greatly!

This was great!!!!*smiles* I am a DIE HARD fan of Dee and Ryo's, but this having Berkeley and Dee together that was SEXY wouldn't mind more of this pairing!!!!!*big perverted grin*

Omg that was so friggin hot. Damn. Wow. I don't know what else to say except that it was awesomely written. :D

ok so, even though Berkely/Dee isn't my favorite pairing in the world (or...well...at all, for that matter) I gotta say, this was HOT. i guess you're right - under the right circumstances, these two could totally go at it for days. :D

I know I've already reviewed, but I just wanted to let you know that since the first time I read it, I have kept coming back and re-reading this story over and over. I think I've read it about 7 times now! (If this keeps up, soon I'll have it memorized!) I loved the interaction between Berkely and Dee, even when they weren't having sex. You did a great job with the characterization, and of course the sex scenes just totally sizzled. They were a little on the raw side ( a good thing!) and not romantic at all, which is exactly how sex would be between these two characters. This story was a bit of a departure for me, because I'm not only one of those hard-core Dee/Ryo shippers you referred to, but I also prefer hot sex scenes to be between two people who love each other. Berkley and Dee still don't really like each other that much, but in this fic they discovered they had some pretty fierce sexual chemistry. While I love the notion of devoted Dee not sleeping with anyone else while he waited for Ryo, in reality there's a small possibility that something like this COULD have happened. Thanks for setting it before Dee and Ryo were together. If Dee had been cheating on Ryo, I probably couldn't have gotten beyond the first couple of paragraphs.

Even though I've read this story many times, every time I return to it, it's still a hugely enjoyable read.

OKay - I like it. .... Part of me is saying, 'No, no don't like it. It's not Dee and Ryo. We must hate it.' But this sadistic little queen muse of mine is saying . . . 'That was fucking hot!' Even as I write those words, part of me screams -- "But Dee belongs only to Ryo". With that said, I think I'll find my medicine now to silence the voices. Either way, the writing is good.

I am a hardcore Ryo/Dee devotee and I never thought that I would actually not mind a Berkley/Dee pairing, maybe this is the only way that I would want it, where they were trapped somewhere away from the realities of the world, but in the end it's still an awesome story. Thanks.
