Hmm...after a quick check, the 400th review was on 9/24...the 500th was on...10/14...so that means...

Black Whole---Well, seeing as this story is probably about 10-15% complete at the moment, and seeing as the pace of views/reviews has only been increasing since around chapter 6 or so...oh fuck, I'VE CREATED A MONSTER...A REVIEW MONSTER! :-O

ThatGuy---I think the rapid, rapid review jump had to do with the lemon chapter approaching. A lot of people are impatient and wanted the sex RIGHT FUCKING NOW...some probably wanted it even when she was still a Ralts...and the long build-up drove em nuts.

Although I've seen stories that make the reader wait a LOT longer for the first sexual encounter...and a lot of those stories, incidentally, are among my favorites (Slashy recommends TwistedHilarity's InuYasha slashfic "Uke", for example).

It's kinda like an apple pie (except, with lemons). Sure, you could just eat the damn apple, it's tasty enough, you'll enjoy it. Or you can take a while longer, get some flour and whatever the fuck else you need (I ain't no damn cook), stick that bitch in an oven, and then you got something even better.

Although 100 reviews in a day is highly unlikely. I'd guess that 2-5 reviews a day is my average when I'm writing modestly actively...even when a chapter JUST comes out, I don't get too many in a single day. I'm already overwhelmed with the current response to Sinners...if things get any more crazy, I'll be fuckin' flabbergasted.

Since there's still a long, long way to go until the ending...who knows where things will end up.

Angel---Heh, you know that you can take as long as you want to read it. It ain't going nowhere. Even in the unlikely event of catastrophic AFF failure, the story is backed up on my machine and multiple external sources, so...heh.

And heh times two, I don't care if you copy/paste it somewhere to read it. Hell, I don't even care if this story is POSTED somewhere else, as long as it's properly attributed to me and properly formatted (those italic/bolds are becoming a bitch, lol). So yeah, no problem.

As for Slashy's life...no new friends (too anti-social offline), no new sights (although the temperature is finally starting to drop, although it's still at icky lawn-still-growing levels), no new loves (no patience for dating). The past week or so, I've just been relaxing after all my Sinners-mania, playing video games and chilling outside and brainstorming for other story ideas.

So yes, it's all good, heh.

slicerness---Glad you liked it. Yeah, it KILLED me to drop the anal scene (I worked really HARD on it, lol)...but there was just too much sex when I got done with the first draft, and I had to cut the 'non-essential' sex scenes. I would have rather had the long, drawn-out anal scene instead of the shower quickie, but I couldn't really find a way to do that and keep up the flow of things, alas.

But do not fear. While I'm not sure about a lot of the Arc 2 plot, I already know that chapter 17 will be the 'morning after' and include some of the things I had to cut. Heheheh.

Imasuky Lomae---I believe my response to y'all is now review FIVE FUCKING HUNDRED. Snap. I've never seen another story on AFF with that many reviews (although I'm sure there must be some in the sections I don't frequent)...

500 is a lot of damn reviews, even with a large percentage of them being my replies. I shudder to think how many there will be by the time Sinners is over...it'll probably take a few minutes to load the damn review page. O_O

I don't even know if I'm worthy to even call myself a fan anymore....Whether I was important enough to remember or not (I'm a very forgetable person), I haven't been on in a very long time. My mother and I recently moved back in with my grandparents and they don't have internet...(I am weeping openly).

THus my weak excuse was born. The last chapter I got to read was 12, when "Gardevior" and Slash finally admitted their love for one another. (Bout freakin time too, those fools have been trying to ignore those feelings for far too long.)

Of course, I understand why. Anyway (and I'm sorry if I offend you with this, truly) I'm about to paste these down onto word doc. and read them once I get back home (I'm baby-sitting my cousin's and their house happens to have a wire-less connection my laptop can connect to.

I solemly swear I am only copying these stories down so I can read them, nothing more. I've had a serious Sinners-deficiency for way too long now, and I really want to catch up. If you do have any problems with this however, or if you should feel even a little unsure about my trustworthy-ness, you can check in on my Pokemon story, ( simply Fanfiction.net) under Porporino the III, and you'll see that none of my chapters (like the only two I have up right now, have any of your content on them.


Promise. So...heheh. Hope you've been good, life in general and everything. Anything good happening as of late? New friends, new sights, new loves??? (Personally I don't think I'll find love till I'm in college, but for others I hope all goes well). I just hope everything is running at least mildly pleasant in your life, and that your safe and enjoying whatever you may be preoccupied with.

I'm sure that chapters 13-16 will simply rock, without a doubt. So I'm off to read them. Take care.

I have been with this story since the beginning. Some of the other readers claim that this story is the best in the Pokemon section, if not all of Anime, or even the site. I have been searching since I saw the first claim, which was a few months ago if I'm not mistaken. As of this moment, I have yet to find any other story that can match this one in quality. There are a few others that have come close, but that's it. I will continue my search, but I have a pretty good feeling that the number of stories equal to or(god forbid) better than this one will be limited.

So what does this tell me? That this story is one of the most well written fanfictions out there. I'm honored to have the opportunity to read this. Thank you, Slash Firestorm.
