Another great chapter man, you never fail! I laughed so much with Psymakio growling at that girl in the restaurant... so cute. Hey, seriously man, did you take writing lessons or is this just all naturall to you man? Mainly because, as cheesy as it sounds, you have inspired me to ATTEMPT my own fanfic. I can think up these great ideas, but when i attempt to write them... my brain practically shuts down on me... blah...
Hey have you ever considered having a professional title art for your story? I dunno if your already working on that or anything... but id be willing to pull some strings and maybe toss in some $$ to help out if yah want...

Wow. I've been reading this since you've began it and I've got to say this is one of the best pieces of fanfiction I have ever read. I really have started to feel for your characters, even when they aren't the main focus (like Corphish during the first Magma Battle.) I really think that the thing that told me that anything could happen in the was when Watson killed Maxie. I've got to say again, you are a great writer and I look forward to every time you update. You kinda remind me of myself in some ways (you've got some /b/ showing, that could just be the newgrounds, but I doubt it) Keep up that amazing work and I hope you're feeling better soon!

Arrico---I'm very glad to hear you like it. And yes, anything can happen; this story is not bound to the anime or video games or any canonical plots or limitations. Relatively minor video game characters may play vital roles; important characters may not show up at all. I can't even guarantee Slash and Gardevoir will both be alive at the end of the story...hell, I don't even know, myself. As we near the end of the first arc, the story is almost beyond my control...I'm becoming little more than a vessel, heh.
Incidentally, I'm not a chan'er, but so much chan-stuff seeps into Newgrounds that I occasionally sound like one, lol.
Well, time for me to UPDATE SINNERS, since the chapter is complete!
WE'RE GONNA BREAK 10000 HITS WITH THIS ONE! :-D

YEAH!!! HIT NUMBER 10000!!! HELL YES!!! I made myself an account just for that moment. Reason? Because this story is better than any other on this site. Not to say other stories aren't well written, but becuase "Sinners" is probably the most well-written story I have ever seen.

Black Whole---Archie originally was gonna send some homies to go get Slash, but ya know, after Team Magma was wiped out, I think our humble trainer has gone up a few rungs on his priority list...hence the personal visit.

Nice chapter though. Some deep insights, and the Burning Of The Beach was absolute genius! Sometimes I wonder if the guy who made pokemon had a more realistic approach to the series, but was forced to dumb it down for the kiddies... And you have the darker, better version of his work for yourself.
Also, you make Slash flirt OUT LOUD waaaaay to much to keep any kind of secret. He's going to have to cut it out unless he wants discovery to come within a few chapters...

You know, when you think about it, the entire concept of the Pokemon franchise is pretty fucked up. Taking creatures that are established to be sentient and free-thinking from their natural environment, enslaving them with restraining devices and mind-control badges, pumping them full of drugs and enhancers, and then having them fight to exhaustion for entertainment...makes the concept of fucking one seem pretty tame in comparison, huh?
And yes, Slash and Gardevoir are going to need to be more careful...can't have her growling at every female that passes, and can't have him teasing her shy little self out loud, heh. But I'd never let them get found out this early in the story.
