The happier chapter we've all been waiting for!!! (well I've been waiting for it anyway X3) And cute/sweet/flirty Gardevoir is *love!* I'm so glad they got to have their moment. Which was very tastefully written, by the way... And Corphish at the end there just made me grin, getting a *little* too enthusiastic about "helping" its buddies. It's one of my very favorite pokemon, that's for sure.

Excellent job as always, and still eager for more!

I'm very happy that I got to write some fluff after all that angst, heh. And an even fluffier chapter will occur in the near-ish future. ^_^

Now this is only coming from an 18 year old college student, but i must say once again Slash, you surpase yourself. Iv said it before and i shall say it again. Your stories have invoked emotions and thoughts i have never considered before. You writing is awe inspiring. I swear, you have bested many other writers, not just on this site, but actuall published writers.

Your writing is so thought provoking and emotional, i am not ashamed of the fact that this story brought several tears to my eyes already (and its not even over yet!). It really makes you think of all the cruelity the world can have, but also the love and kindness people can share. You still got a loyal reader man, take your time, this story is a piece of art, and shouldnt be rushed (but i dont think i have to tell you that :) )

Not only is the story not over yet, but it's just beginning.

Slash and Gardevoir becoming a couple is not so much a major plot point as their continued struggle: the difficulty in keeping their feelings hidden from others, their desire to show affection even in public areas, and the catastrophic effects when (not if, when) it becomes publicly known.

As much as I'd love to have a happy, fluff-filled story where Slash and Gardevoir hang out and giggle and hold hands and make love, it would be unrealistic and...rather boring. They're going to have to contend with enormous challenges, from being found out to continuing their quest for power to stopping Kiako and Giovanni...and they'll have good times and bad times, successes and failures...and in the end, they might not win, they might not survive, but they will stand true.

Thanks for your compliments; I will try my hardest to never disappoint.

Speaking of, chapter 14 is in early planning stages; if all goes well (which, as some of you long-time readers know, isn't always the case), it SHOULD be done this week. Here's to hoping! ^_^

That was... absolutely fantastic. Extremely well written fluff, and the "sex" scene itself was extremely well done too (not to mention, rather erotic too). Can't wait to read more Gardevoir fluff/smut.

Oh yeah, and the rest of the story is cool too. :P
