I have to admit this is interesting; having Hikari a dominant is not completely OOC. Other stories I’ve read have her as a submissive (Rx7 for example) and that always seemed strange. I had a little trouble with how wimpy Toji was but my characterization is not a shining example so I’m not throwing rocks.
All in all a great well written story.
