i noticed i had no review, so here it is -

sanzo in love with gojyo... hmmm, you make it sound very real
in my world (of 39s and 58s), sanzo can imagine himself in love with gojyo
only because of the oozing sexuality gojyo can emit...
as one fic writer puts it, gojyo emits sexual pheromones as if there was no tomorrow

gojyo is one sexy man who knows how to make himself sexier -
he may be able to catch the eye of sanzo

(who i think is a celibate monk really, canon-wise, because of what happened to koumyuu... and if he had had sexual experience, it was never pleasant - as in quite possibly - child rape...
but then, whoever it was, sanzo would have killed him already)

given this, sanzo may want the experience that only a sha gojyo can give...
and confuse it with love... and in this context - i find is where your fic is possible

and your fic actually makes it possible... i can hear sanzo's frustrations
and understand why he may confuse it with love, even as he thinks it is hate
sanzo i think would demand complete love

(the kind goku offers, complete encompassing love, only - goku is STILL young - mindwise, and until sanzo accepts that goku has grown - he cannot concieve of love with his charge)

which at the moment, sha gojyo is unable to give...
because he hasnt learnt how to love himself yet
(hakkai is supposed to teach him that .... but... that's in my world)

so - kudos for writing a fic that somehow echoes sanzo's confusion.
it was very well done.

wow. this was really good. as Irondog (author of BBE) can tell you, i realyl hate to be too far inside Sanzo's head. i'm always so afraid he'll end up being all soft and wishy washy and sappy on the inside. but you didn't go there and i thank you for that.

i think you did a fair job od capturing Sanzo. his attitude was in charcater and humorous. i love the logic he had in getting around to convincing himself he would fuck Gpjyo. that it was all Gojyo's fault. that is so very Sanzo.

on the whole well characterized and well written. you could definitely do a second part - as of course we'd all love to see Sanzo follow through his vow.

Damn, was that brilliant! Easily one of my favorite fics now, and not just because of the smutty thoughts. Wonderfully done, very in character and original. You're a genius, you lucky person!
