I love Rei too!!! I just wish there were more positive fics about her out there. I hate fics that demean her, especially those ever faithful Rei/Raye betrays Usagi/Serena. Makes my blood boil. Anyway good job.

Without meaning to be a grammar nazi, you need to use speech marks.
"Hello." said the person.
"Hi. Can I help you?"
"Just wondering how you are."
"Not bad," came the reply, "pity about these grammar nazis."
That aside, I really liked this story, and your writing style in general. I look forward to reading more of your stuff.
