This is probably the most disturbing Sailor Moon story I've ever read, the horrific images you describe have stayed with me long after I first read the story. It's a rare gift for a writer to be actually able to affect the reader in that way, so you should be proud of your storytelling prowess.
Rereading the prologue, I think I can see where you're going with this. The five senshi are destined to all reawaken at the same time, and so far we have seen Minako and Ami. Beril and Metallia will be defeated- it almost looks like you may be planning some sort of role reversal here. Yes, Beryl is still evil, but she's now the LESSER evil when compared to the nightmarish senshi, so that her defeat will no longer be triumphant but tragic.
This story is hard reading, but I want to stick around to see where you take it, especially the part about "A Prince and Princess would be reunited and in time a new princess would be born."

Nothing was forgotten, Mina's enslavement is part of a flashback in an upcoming chapter.

Oooookaaaaay, How exactly did Mina get down there and taken by the rats? You seem to have skipped that part. Otherwise....yeah...
