Okay, first off, you don't describe next to anything.
Exactly how big was the first metapod? 3 inches, 5 inches, 10 inches? as a reader, I have no frame of reference.
Next, don't just report "4 orgasms", as a reader, I want to know how each one happened.
ON top of that, please explain to me, why exactly is she doing this in the first place? Even the words "Because she was horny" would be enough.

You need to work on your writing skill. My suggestion is, like in high-school, write several drafts. Work on the story; don't just make it and post it. This idea has a great deal of potential.
