First off I would like to point out that in the last line of the story you called the group a "foursome" when it should have been a "fivesome".
Secondly, I would like to point out that by way of the time in your fic, Goku's labor only lasted around...20-30 minutes, when in all actuality child birth lasts for several hours, and in some rare cases several days. The first contractions of labor are normally 20-45 minutes apart, depending on several factors.
But overall, it was a really great and fluffy story^_^
