Ok, so I'm in the second chapter and so far the story is very good. I really like the way you write (I read California Dreaming before).
So that's it! ^^
P.S.: I don't like to not recieving reviews too (even if its bad reviews), this is one of the reasons I gave up posting multi-chaper in ff.net. It sucks.

I just can' wait to finally know if Akiha will finally have his doctor.
Please let us discover the next chapter soon.
Thanks for your talented fic.

You know, normally I'm a silent reader of fanfiction.
But I registered an account here just so I could complement you.
You have created a wonderful, gut-wrenching story full of believable, three dimensional characters. The characters have multiple facets that you play off of, a range of emotions. Umeda reacted in ways that I found believable for his character (Paramount in fanfiction, I believe). It incorporated elements from the original story perfectly into the world you wrote for them. Never once was I pulled from the story or did I stop to question "Why the hell would he say that?" or "....Really? Please be joking." as I do while reading some other fics.
You engaged me from beginning to end (or what is the end as of my writing this). Your writing is smart, articulate and at times incredibly steamy. I've read a lot of fanfiction in my day, honestly, most of it bad. I can think of one other author that has touched this pairing that didn't make me cringe, but this is just such an incredible Umeda story that I have to say it's the best I've read.
Thank you! <3

Well, here I am, once again. I agree with your decision to leave out the lemon...though that did break my heart a little all the same. I have to say I'm liking the new direction. And, as I said before, keep writing and I'll keep reading!

You know, I do believe that was one of the best sex scenes I've ever read. I check everyday to see if the story has been updated. I can't wait to see where this story goes next.

Ah, the manga reference is Kimi wa Petto, one of my favorites, I think this even more with that allusion. Keep it up!

Lol, I get the hint, I'll review.
Essentially, I really like this story. I love how Umeda is characterized and I love the angst. It's making me feel like I'm reading Gravitation, though, which isn't a bad thing since it's my absolute favorite manga but I don't know if that was purely a fluke. I'm just having difficulty seeing how this going to end up favorable for an parties involved at this point. Umeda is being a prick and Akiha is...well...Let's just say that he's one of my favorite characters and my heart bleeds for him,lol...

I thoroughly enjoy this story. I think you captured Umeda-sensei and Ryoichi beautifully. I guess the question is, will Umeda-sensei and Akiha end up together? I'll keep reading if you keep posting :)

As a side note: I don't think Ryoichi is a fortune teller, I know his cousin Masato ended up becoming one but I think (think would be the key word here) that he went into the medical studies following his family's business (the whole Kijima clinic and that.)
